If you’re in Saint Augustine, and want a fun and tasty experience go to the grilled cheese gallery we stopped by and had a grilled cheese sandwich just to give it a try. It was a great sandwich. The presentation was amazing. The owner was there. He was incredibly nice and very entertaining and energetic.

Let's just say if your gluten free don't go in here. Although they have gluten free bread cross contamination is really high here.

Sandwiches came out quick and were delicious. The Mac and cheese on the side was great, not overcooked like most places and had great gooey cheese just how a like it. If I have one problem, it's that the sandwiches are far more filling than you'd think so you definitely need a box, lol. Not a bad problem to have though.

The Queen Brie is the best grilled cheese of my life! It’s either a blessing or curse that I live too far because I would go broke eating their food all the time! 10 stars!!!

Closed on a random Tuesday evening around 8/8:30pm. No note or anything posted. Hours listed on Google says open until 9pm.

I just ate here had the night in Amsterdam was amazing, tomato soup was amazing, will be back for sure!!

I took my wife here for a surprise lunch, it’s been on our list. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint in the slightest. Best grilled cheese sandwhich I’ve had in a decade, thanks Chef (Baby Boyyyy!!!) We’ll be back for sure.

We drove there twice to have grilled cheese with friends from out of town and both times by 5pm they are closed. Even called and said open until 9pm. Not great service to close early.

i came here because my cousin were taking wedding photos and needed a quick bite to eat. food came out in a great timely manner, everything was fresh and hot. it was the best snack i had in such a long time. when every i am back in Florida, i’m going to make it my business to come back!! i recommend everyone to check them out!!
