Ordered on doordash delivery which is listed for site. Order kept getting pushed back. Tried calling the establishment in order to get an accurate time. Took 6 calls before I could get through. Apparently they have no issue taking money but they do have an issue with customer service and completing orders that get placed. When I finally got in touch with someone they were super dismissive. No apology, no accountability. This used to be a must for my family but now we will find some other cute local spots instead. There are a ton of alternatives that offer the same, if not better, eclectic items. They may be busy during season, but im not so sure how dismissive they want to be to their customers when off season is just around the corner after night of lights.

#1 place to eat in St. Augustine. My family and I come to St. Augustine probably 1-2 times a year. Today makes the second time I have eaten here. Food it absolutely flavor filled and fresh. The atmosphere is so great. And Jeff and his crew are the most respectful and welcoming people!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO EAT ON YOUR VACAY!!!

Great customer service, we were looking for a place to eat a late lunch on thanksgiving and happen to walk in 5 min before they close (we didn’t know they were so close to closing until after we ordered they had shut the door) They still served us and we didn’t feel rushed . 10/10 recommend for the food and the workers they are so nice , if we come back to St Augustine we will eat here again. Come enjoy their food !I got the country boy w fries , soo good and filling

Great place to get some amazing food. Gluten free options and felt completely safe eating it with the precautions they take. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes grilled cheese. Which I mean.... is everyone right? All sandwiches also come with a delicious tomato basil soup. Can't wait to come back.

Hands down best place in St Augustine. Everything was on point. Staff and service was top notch! Great music and atmosphere. All around great vibe. Food was delicious! Great with gluten free procedures. Will come back every chance I get.

We had four different Grilled Cheese sandwiches and they were all amazing. The Pimip, the Chesterfield, The Southern Belle and The Duchess with Gluten-Free bread.
Tomato Basil for dipping was delicious.
Poutine gravy was wonderful. Although there were not many cheese curds.
We came at a time when the line stretched to the door. It took forever to order and then was not enough seating.
Ask about the market price The Duchess with lobster as they did not tell me when ordering.
Overall I enjoyed the food and service.
I would comeback and recommend to friends.

4.5/5. The grilled cheeses were very good. Less pulled pork on it than I would have expected. Each half had enough for 2 bites. Loved the free dipping soup - good touch. I’ll be back and will review again if it earns the last 1/2 star. Service was good. Busy day in there.

I love all things cheese so this was perfect. 4 of us ate here and got here just in time, around 630 on a Saturday night. We ordered, sat at 1 one of the 3 open tables left and the line almost immediately was out the door just to order. Food was fantastic, and this was my first time having poutine which I'll definitely try again. We all got different sandwiches and we all loved them. I got the Mondial and my husband got the Mac and cheese sandwich. He was talking about it all night.
