Some of the worst service I’ve ever had an employee was yelling at the manager being disrespectful, throwing the food on the hotline and continue to argue in front of everyone.(The employee was telling the manager don’t piss me off) Manager Ben was respectful the whole time. Receive my food and it was all wrong.

Wow. Just wow (not in a good way). Ordered $65 in food for 4 adults and 3 children; they missed a burrito and a hash brown (combo). No receipt given. Had to get a lesson at the counter on the entire order by the server; followed by a “I forgot the hashbrown, but didn’t charge for the burrito”. I had to go back out to the car to get my wallet so I could be charged for the burrito. $6.06 paid and out the door, not realizing they STILL forgot the hashbrowns. Very frustrating.

My husband and I frequently go to the Hardee's located on Mid Rivers Mall Dr & Mexico Rd, St. Peter's, Mo.
We LOVE this location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And the breakfast is awesome. They all deserve a raise.
I would have gone through your website to express this, it keeps wanting to pull up Tennessee locations, even though I state where I live. And when I actually find the correct location, it won't let me actually select it.
Your app sucks as well, when it comes to ordering things.
Orders won't go through, and when they show up, it's an hour later, which is setting your stores up for failure and pissed off people (customers and employees alike).

This was honestly impossible to eat. Why is everything so salty? It feels like you launched a program against people. The egg, the bacon, even the bun — everything was extremely oversalted. It tasted like someone poured a whole spoonful of salt straight into my mouth.
We bought Hardee’s breakfast for the first time today, and it will definitely be the last. This was one of the saltiest meals I’ve ever tried. Please review your recipes — this is not acceptable.

This place is so good I ate there yesterday. I came back this morning for breakfast. Yesterday I had a cheese biscuit. It was so buttery and flaky. Today I chose the biscuits and gravy. They were outstanding

Stood inside for 3 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter and offer service, nobody did. Then tried going to the drive-thru and told to wait when nobody was in line. Won't bother trying this location again.

And this is why Hardee's in Newberry will be closing soon. Waited 15 minutes for this. The staff does not seem to care, but they are asking for $ 15.00 or more per hour. BTW, it was $12.87 for this dumpster's mess.
