And this is why Hardee's in Newberry will be closing soon. Waited 15 minutes for this. The staff does not seem to care, but they are asking for $ 15.00 or more per hour. BTW, it was $12.87 for this dumpster's mess.

The sloppiest looking staff, always opens late, always ends breakfast early because they “run out of biscuits”, floors look grungy because they don’t clean the store. Hands down the worst Hardees in North Florida, and that’s saying a lot because we’re close to Jacksonville.

Went into Hardee’s in Newberry the employees 2 kids were in there running around while their mother was working behind the counter. The time before that the chicken tenders were barely warm . I won’t be going back

horrible experience, people that work there do not care about anything but talking on there cellphones, wrong food, and dont even ask for changes in the menu, like no mayo or nothing on a hot dog...dont expect the food to actually be cooked right, hotdog was ice cold in the middle and the beef was overcooked...oh and the fryer was down sso no chicken or fries, pull up to the window and they are joking about how someone forgot to fill the fryer

24 hrs ànd there were only 4 ppl in the dining room, and my fries were cold, and burger was not cooked all the way.
My receipt says employee is Sharon! Just want to give her kudos for her professional service. The lobby was full of people and looks like they are short staffed! She managed the counter gracefully. Took all the orders and got them out as quickly as she could. Very impressive the way her the her co workers did not get overwhelmed! When I say lobby was full it was about 15 people in line back to back.

If you plan on coming to the drive through any time after 10pm, plan on sitting at the menu board til you give up and drive away. It says 24 hours but in reality the night shift just ignores anyone that drives up til they go somewhere else. You can clearly see the employees inside doing nothing. There’s DOZENS of others who’ve experienced the exact same thing and the owner responds with the same ridiculous generic message sending a link requesting more information. How much more info do you need? FIRE YOUR LAZY STAFF AND FIND PEOPLE WILLING TO WORK. Problem solved. Hardee’s should revoke their franchise license.

worst place to work, store managers transfer o.t hours to next pay period or remove them all together to avoid paying the employee o.t. they write people up when off the clock and lie on the write up when threatened to be reported to the labor board. they also hit sex offenders in management positions and change employees schedules without notice and write them up if they do not show up. They also write people up for being late even when the person calls and tells them they will be late.
