Hardee’s in Smithville is very disappointing. I order a ham and egg biscuit several times a week and have always been pleased. Yesterday and today was not a good experience. Ordered my normal yesterday and found some weird burrito when I got to work. I tried to call and just let them know so hopefully they would make it right next time and nonody would answer. I thought it’s breakfast time and they are busy, no biggie. I took a picture of it in case they ask when I go through. Went through today and placed my order. I told the lady and she said let me ask my manager. Her manager said discount it. Well when I order through the app the biscuit is under $5, but when I ordered at the drive through it was $5.55 which I thought was weird. Well the manager said discount $0.55. I told the lady that I didn’t even get my biscuit yesterday and they are only discounting $0.55 cents. She said it is her manager. It’s not about the money, but if a place does not take care of customers then they won’t be back. Where has respect and accountability gone in our society? Well, I know that my $5 a day won’t make an impact moving forward now that I won’t be back, but hopefully more people will choose to do business where they are at least somewhat valued and appreciated. We the customers deserve better for our hard earned money.

Went through the drive thru this morning to grab a couple of biscuits. First, the service was very friendly. Nice folks. My chicken biscuit was really good; crunchy breaded moist chicken. The biscuit was a little burned and dry, but I kinda like them a little well done. The loaded omelet biscuit was neither loaded, nor really an omelet. It was a sad fried egg with very little of anything on it or in it. The prices are a little high in my opinion too. All in all, a satisfying breakfast. I’ll be back.

Soda machine still broken ! Took cash drawers out for shift change had to wait 15 minutes for the to come back. This is a brand new store front in a Loves Truck stop, high traffic area with people on the move but get your drink next door, ice also lid where you can. SAD VERY SAD!!!

I love Hardee's mushroom and Swiss burgers. The shakes are pretty good too. One thing that struck me as odd was that there was no crowd. The wait was short.

My boyfriend and I have stopped at the Hardee's some Saturday mornings on the way to Adventure, and it's always a good breakfast before we hit the road. I get the egg and cheese biscuit and a side of the hash browns, and they've been great every time. I do get my coffee at the adjoining Love's, only because they have more options. It's a nice one-stop for breakfast, coffee, gas, and one last trip to a clean bathroom.

Review of Hardee’s Store 1506640 on Sr 206 in St. john’s County, Florida. Store recently opened. On my visit on 09/06/24, shortly after 11:00AM, I found the facility clean and orderly. My food was tasty and had been prepared with attention to appearance and temperature. Was particularly impressed by the smiling, gracious and polite young lady named Carcis(?), who waited on me. I am in my 80’s, thus I remember the time when this manner of interaction was the rule. Today she is an exception. She reflects well on herself, your management and the owners. Keep up the good work! Been here several times now. Food has been good each time. Service is a bit slow but normally the food comes out hot. Would like to see the lettuce wrapped burgers actually wrapped and not served in a Styrofoam box. Other than that no real complaints.
