Stopped in for lunch today and inquired into ham slices for the holidays. Had a great sandwich and good service.

The hours must be wrong on Google. It says they are open on Sundays. I drove here during the business hours stated but it was closed. The voice mail was also full when I tried to call back to see if they were just opening late.

The assistants at my office combined funds to get everyone a lunch here, but once we arrived, we were told they do not have sandwiches right now due to the holiday and therefore they would have to refund us. We placed the order last week (when they did have lunches) and no one bothered to call us to let us know that was not an option for this week. And they should have considering the one lady who came to help the girl at the register said she told Brittany to change the website so this would not happen. Well it happened and it really messed up 7 peoples days and all we got was a gift card back that we don’t even want to use after this experience. Unorganized and unapologetic. Very disappointed.

We ordered our Thanksgiving meal weeks in advance as our kitchen is being remodeled. My husband picked up the food and when I got home from work Wednesday evening, I inspected the food. We were missing both deserts. It was 6:20pm so local store had just closed. I called corporate to make a complaint. They said someone from the local store would be in touch. Nobody called, so I called them this morning. She informed me that I could come pick up the desserts or come into the store for a refund. I live 30 min away. I asked if I could get a refund over the phone, and she said no. She did not seem concerned at all over any inconveniences this has caused me. Horrible customer service. Food was OK, but we will not be back.

Went to pick up my Thanksgiving dinner that I pre-ordered and paid for a month ago and they were out of the sides. If I would have known that they were going to just sell it before my scheduled pick up time I would have come sooner. They shouldn't be allowed to take pre-paid orders if they aren't going to hold the items for the customer. Disappointed and just ended up cancelling my whole $175 order.

I will never order food ahead of time from this establishment again. Placed an order 2 months ago to pick up food for Thanksgiving and had a reservation time to pick up my prepaid food. I go there and they say they are sold out on 2 of the sides and the ham I purchased. The girl behind the counter didn’t even care. Had to ask the manager to come talk to me to even give me a ham. Had to repurchase the food again after cashier mistakenly cancelled my whole order. No discount was provided for the inconvenience. Only thing provided was a bogus excuse for why they didn’t have my food nor contacted me ahead of time to change my plans. Can’t trust them.

I used to love your ham salad when it was basically just ground ham with a little bit of your honey sauce. I could freeze it and make my ham sour the way. I like my ham salad. Now. You've gone and screwed it up by trying to make your version of ham salad which is really not very good. Please go back to the old way.

Very good ham sandwiches, but a bit overpriced.

Expensive, but great food.

I was told the BLT was no longer listed on the menu so they couldn’t make one? I told them it was bacon, lettuce and mayonnaise but couldn’t make one? No effort at all wow!

Recently purchased our Christmas ham from this location. Not only was the ham excellent but picking up there was a breeze. The women who work there could not have been nicer and the process they had for checking in and picking up was super easy. Great job.
