This IS a fabulous place! The food is absolutely outstanding—fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The service couldn’t be better: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re visiting St. Augustine, this spot is a must for seafood lovers. The atmosphere has that perfect mix of casual comfort and local charm that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Decent spot on the water. Food was middling at best. Server was nice but never rang in a beer for us and was gone for long stretches of time. We will probably not be back.

This place was recommended but unfortunately was a disappointment for us. Our server Diana was the only bright spot. She was friendly and attentive. We were seated right away as they weren't busy at all. We were told by Diana the many things they were out of, as were other people when they were ordering. One couple walked out when they were told what they wanted was out. We ordered our drinks and the raw oysters from Diana and they were brought in a timely manner. My husband said the oysters were good. He ordered the grouper which came with Floribbean rice, coleslaw and broccoli. He said nothing had any flavor unfortunately. I ordered Patty's Crazy Crab Cakes that came with 3 crab cakes, Floribbean rice and coleslaw. The crab cakes did have a good deal of crab but not much flavor. Neither one of us finished our meals. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but I'm not sure we would go back.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, we went on and grabbed food for take out. The pan seared crab cakes were very good. They were happy to accommodate my request for saltines and mustard. 😁
Everything was great except my shrimp boil. Too me a any kind of real boil comes well seasoned in a bag. I would have been better off getting the peel and eat shrimp with a side of garlic butter. Wife's shrimp and grits was great.

We looked forward to eating here but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. Our server was the only bright spot in the experience. She was very friendly and attentive. The food was very bland, although my husband said the raw oysters he had were good. We were told as we were ordering that a lot of items were not available due to being out of stock. We have since found out they are closing for good, I wish them luck though.

They were out of a menu item, so I substituted the fettuccine alfredo. It was pretty flavorless. The shrimp app was kind of rubbery. And the server only came around once to check on us. But when it was time for the check, she was pretty quick. The sink didn't work in the ladies restroom. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This was our first time at Hurricane Patty's, and we will be sure to dine here again. Some of the freshest seafood we've had in St Augustine and the ambience was a plus too! Janie provided outstanding service for our party of 12!

Stopped in while on vacation. Good service and pretty good food. I ordered the fish and chips. Tasted like others I have had, but the key lime tartar sauce was excellent. My husband ordered the key lime shrimp bowl and really enjoyed it. I would recommend!
