Once sitting, given coffee and no cups, nobody came for so long that my wife and I decided to get up and just go to cracker barrel.
Never coming back.

We waited by the door to be seated, after 10 minutes we finally get acknowledged, waited 10 minutes more to be seated even if there were a few tables available. We get seated, full coffee on the table but no coffee mugs. We wait 10 minutes more on our table and nothing... so we left to eat elsewhere.

The food is delicious and the staff is attentive, it needs a deep and professional cleaning, it is difficult to be an employee and clean and not everyone knows how to clean a restaurant deeply and professionally!!!

This is absolutely the WORST I - Hop I have ever been to and it gets even worse by the minute. I will give any place a second chance, I tried this one three times.
The service stinks, the food has no taste and the portions are so small, my kids asked me to go to RaceTrac across the street for a snack when we left.
Stay away unless you want to wait an hour to eat once your seated and get a terrible meal.

We had great service. The pancakes and eggs were prepared properly. A very good egg cook here.
When my husband and I entered, a waitress from across the room pointed to a table but never approached us to greet us or sit us. Another waitress in the front comes over to greet us and asks to sit us. The first waitress speaks loudly across the room and tells her that she’s already seated us. I then told her we was not seated and that she pointed to a table from across the room. I didn’t feel comfortable with this waitress at this point handling my food or serving me especially where I spend my money. It’s called greeting, engaging and thanking the customers not pointing from across the room where I should sit myself. Please have that waitress learn that… thanking you in advance
