When we got our order, it was completely cold. We had to reheat it. Also half the chicken did not have any sauce what so ever on it. Some of the chicken even tasted like that it was still frozen.

There for dinner. Ordered a ranch burger medium rare. Came out well done. Asked wait staff for change. Everyone in party finished their meal and I still had no replacement. Asked to see Management. An untrained in customer relations advised me her cooks were unskilled in cooking medium rare burgers, only medium??? I asked what that meant and why it still came out well done and so late? While the attitudinal want to be manager did eventually remove the charge I left unfed and mistreated. The restaurant's compounded layer's of incompetence and skilled management in solving customer complaints about same has me crossing chili's st augustine on 312 off my list of restaurants to go to and where my company's staff meals have been always held will be no more. Awful experience and hope the best for ownership and corporate in working with their incapable kitchen and incompetent and unskilled management in reversing their course. There's a lot of trouble on that ship.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

First, we ordered the spinach queso dip. All I can say is that it was horrible! The cheese on top was hard and sprinkled with huge green onions, barely chopped. You could not have eaten the onions because they were stuck in the hard cheese. When we lifted up the cheese topping, the dip under it was runny and had no spinach! The potato soup was so runny and watery and cold! It was horrible. I ordered the quesadillas, which were fair…the cheese was starting to harden a little also. My husband got a cheeseburger that was fine. Do not order the spinach queso!!
