The young man working up front was in high school with black hair. Extremely kind, not only did his parents do well but the management team hiring him. He was so kind, knowledgeable and checked in afterwards to make sure we were enjoying. A neighboring associate from Subway stopped in asking for a bandaid. The associate even provided a bandaid and alcohol pad. The ice cream combination was so tasty and a clean restaurant!

This is the second time I've tried to visit, and they had closed early. The website AND Google maps say they close at 10. It also says the business confirmed 3 weeks ago. Very strange. Whenever they close is fine, but it should be consistent.

The owner of this franchise location better start paying closer attention to their investment. The kids who work there are absolutely rude and disrespectful. They clearly have no training and manners. I was treated so awful today I will never return. Both young girls were extremely rude and have no business being left alone up there running and representing your store. If you have employees saying they just need to close up early because they just want to leave and go home… you have a real issue. This is NOT the first time we’ve come in they put handwritten notes on the window that they were closing early. If you can’t find help, you as the owner need to be up there running your own store. And BTW all their little friends were hanging out and waiting on them in the store. The new Rita’s location around the corner will be getting my business from here on.

The experience and service here was disgraceful. One employee, out of uniform may i mention, made me feel very uncomfortable about being in the store. I took my kids in there to get them a treat and made me feel so disrespected. The behavior was unacceptable.
