Jersey Mike's Subs in St. Augustine

“I attempted to place a curbside order (a huge plus as a mom of a toddler!) but unfortunately, the gift card I had wasn’t working online. I called and was able to place my order on the phone and asked if i could read the card numbers to pay over the phone but since there are many different types of gift cards I was told I would need to come in. I hesitated for a second knowing it was going to be difficult with my 14 mo but I told him that was fine I would just bring my baby inside. I think he could hear the stress in my voice because as soon as I pulled up he met me as I got out of my car to come in. This is Andre the manager! He took the gift card from me and assured me I could stay in the car while he ran the payment. As a newer mom, getting shown any kind of grace/kindness is never expected but always so appreciated. The gift card was giving them issues sadly (it’s brand new so I’m going to have to go home and call the number on the back). Andre came back out with the food and told me not to worry about paying!! That was a huge shock and blessing! He also empathized when I pulled up as he has a 6 week old baby at home so he understood me wanting to stay in the car. It was such an unexpected positive experience. Thank you so much for your kindness Andre!“

“I wanted to share that the flow with the staff… and cheesesteak was amazing. My mom said that this was thee BEST cheesesteak she has had down here and wanted me to try it.. from the time we entered.. the staff greeted us…made us feel welcomed..was helpful in answering questions.. and the food was really good.. we truly injoyed the whole experience… my mom and I have found our favorite sub shop..
