Waited over 10 minutes unhelped to pick up a doordash order that wasn't prepared and I had to cancel. Complete waste of time and money.

Disappointed. Ordered ahead for pick up at 5:30pm. Got there a little early, told guy at counter , thought might not be ready yet cause like 10 minutes early. Said didn't matter, was ready and had been for a while! Long enough that bottled soda was going warm! Was worried about that cause ordered the tuna bowl, but food okay, thank goodness.
Not what I expected for price paid.

Best New Jersey Michael’s experience ever! The red head gentleman working today showed a pride in his craft that’s hard to come by post Covid. Food was great as well. Will be back!

Stopped in here yesterday for a sub. The sandwich was good but a little pricey for the size. Have their subs shrunk lately? The brownie I bought was stale. Seriously? And the tea tasted awful. An overall disappointing experience.

Well, we tried this place and they got our order completely wrong. After a period of time since we had coupons from money off, decided to try it again every sandwich that we ordered was wrong! We will never go back here again.

Terrible, under cooked sandwich

That was dripping with blood,c from the meat being under cooked.

Stomach has been a mess, all night from eating here.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to. These staff members in the building were by far the best humans ever! They literally made my day. Been having a rough week…they instantly brought my spirits up and were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for the 10 star experience Christine, Cruise and Tatiana. I WILL COME AGain! Btw food was unreal

Always a pleasant experience at this location. But today Richie went above and beyond. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu & sandwiches. He answered all of my questions and helped me try something new. He made all of our sandwiches to perfection. Thank you Richie! We will be back and request you in the future:)

I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie , a little may and lettuce and tomato. Staff talking the whole time , the girl put like half a bottle of mayo on the lettuce and tomato ( not the bread). It was disgusting. I threw out , NEVER again, that is the second time that location messed up my order. Jersey Mike's are sooo good in Jax, St Augustine the worst !!
