Very disappointed in this location! I love Jersey Mikes in general! I have been eating them for a couple decades. When this location opened, I was excited as it’s close to where I work frequently! I have been to this location a bunch of times. Sadly, 9 out of 10 times I am disappointed! Sometimes I order there if I have the time, but generally I do an online order on the app. It doesn’t matter the time of day or how busy they are, the outcome seems to be the same. The food is never ready when it’s supposed to be, generally have to wait. Today’s wait wasn’t terrible but sometimes it’s long. There’s ALWAYS missing items, incorrect order or sub par subs. We order a bit from the Ponce location as it’s more convenient to our house or when we work downtown over the years a lot and NEVER have these issues. This location needs some training for sure. Definitely taking a break from this location for a little while in hopes they improve.

It was a busy afternoon but the Team working that day were in sync with taking orders, making subs & cleaning tables all with a smile. My order had a # of changes to what was shown on the menu, but Aidan (gentleman making my sub) handled it like a pro. I'll be back!

Online order via app. Arrived at store for pickup. Nothing. Guy reaches in trash to find my order and then they make my sub. No apologies. ?

Arrived mid-week to pick up a takeout which was ordered 20 minutes earlier. 4 people 'working' but only 1 making sandwiches. She told me mine was next. 8 minutes later I aksed again. Still 'next'. 10 minutes later, while I watch people arrive, order and immediately receive food, I ask again. Oh, she said, yours is way back in the middle, we won't reach it for another 10 minutes at least. The setup here is flawed. The intake person takes your order and theen he slices each sandwich to order, which slows down the throughput hugely and increases waiting time. And, he only does the customer in line, so call in orders keep falling to the end of the queue. If you have 4 people, one should be in the back slicing away so the meat can simply be prepped and added to each of the different sandwiches they have; these are cold cuts, they aren't 'going bad' in under 15 minutes. After 28 minutes with no end in sight, I left. Way too expensive. I went to Publix next door and got the same sandwich at half the price and was in and out in under 7 minutes.

I don't know what is going on with this particular store but it seems that on a regular basis the whole crew is changed out. All great crews until the one they have now. I usually have my pup waiting in the car while getting our sandwiches and as a reward have asked for a slice of turkey which I have gladly offered to pay for and they have always been so nice giving me a small slice wrapped in paper at n/c but not this crew manager. She insisted on putting several slices in their cardboard containers and charging me over $2 ? This last time I only asked for 1 slice and again she put acouple slices in this cardboard container and charged me $2.25?! You just lost a loyal customer - all for $2.25!

This place is a joke. Been here a few times. But today was the worse. Waited 25 mins for our food. JAY the human making the food was too busy kissing one his employees dads butt to worry about anything else. My wife gluten-free order was messed up. My chicken sandwich was actually beef. I normally wouldn't comment like this but this 3rd time I've gotten bad service here. As a business owner myself I wouldn't recommend this place. Not to mention the bathroom was gross.
