I have been waiting over 45 minutes for food. You won't answer the phone, so I can cancel my order, my husband has to leave in 20 mins for work and has not had lunch. Fail on all fronts. Poor customer service and certainly not "freaky fast". You need to at least answer the phone and communicate with your customers if there is a delay.
They won't deliver to my house, but they'll deliver to my work. Which is further away. �
Go figure.
Good stuff though. �
