I can’t understand why this place only has a 3.6 star rating. I always enjoy the subs they make, never had a bad one. The buns are great and the topping portions are good.

My fiance and I would like to give a shout out to Jeremy and leave a five star review. He made sure we had a great dine in experience today! He was very professional and polite, and it's always nice when the employee knows the menu! We do plan on coming back and highly recommend the Saint Augustine location to any and all! Thank you Jeremey!! ☺️ also I when I used the rest room, to my surprise was a nice informative layout of facts about Uranus, right at the foot of the toilet! 😂That's all 😅Guess you'll have to check it out for yourself 🤗

The food doesn't exactly look near as good as the pictures of them (which I know is a very common thing anywhere, but still.) However, the taste is incredible! My first time trying their food and it's delicious!

So went to pickup, the subs were supposed to have been 15m prior, showed up and they hadn't started on them because they didn't know they had online order. We didn't get the extra bacon, cheese, or avacado on our subs, which were all up charges, and since it was a pickup it's too late to do anything about it now. Pretty not great to not only be unaware of your system status, but also to not add the things that cost so much to add to the order like wtf..

Listen, I went in here starving like Marvin starving for a sandwich and this nice good looking young man with a big old smile on his face was so friendly and made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. Literally saved me and I told him I was gonna give him a great review because this place truly is lucky to have him. His name is Javon. JAVON MAKES THE BEST SANDWICHES AND HIS SMILE 😃 🙏

Went in at lunchtime time (12:30) and there was no one in site. Waited a few minutes until two guys slowly finished their conversation and came to the counter. Then the incorrect order was prepared when I was the only customer. As I was eating my sandwich I was wondering why it didn’t taste that great because this is my go to sandwich. As you can see when it was remade it they must have forgotten to put the meat in my sandwich- seriously? I would think the owner/manager would want to know what’s going on when they are not around. Obviously this guys are not concerned about customers or quality. Just another example of these young kids not holding up standards, shameful.

It's Jimmy johs meat 🍖 but this location is super cool 😎 I asked for something extra( nicely mind you!) They litterly delivered ❤️😊 definitely will be ordering for them again
