Went in at lunchtime time (12:30) and there was no one in site. Waited a few minutes until two guys slowly finished their conversation and came to the counter. Then the incorrect order was prepared when I was the only customer. As I was eating my sandwich I was wondering why it didn’t taste that great because this is my go to sandwich. As you can see when it was remade it they must have forgotten to put the meat in my sandwich- seriously? I would think the owner/manager would want to know what’s going on when they are not around. Obviously this guys are not concerned about customers or quality. Just another example of these young kids not holding up standards, shameful.

The shrinking $3.99 pasta salad. It’s almost offensive.
Cheap sandwich
Not enough meat

This is the second time I've ordered delivery from here. Never got my drinks that are almost $4 a pop, sandwich was wrong, and tried calling the store both times I've ordered and no one picks up. Will never order again. Tried giving them second chance and still didn't receive what I paid for. Asked delivery girl (from their store not a service like Doordash) that's just what I was handed. Horrible customer service. To many places to get a sandwich from to be treated like this as a customer especially paying over $20 for one sandwich, chips and a coke. Would be different if someone answered the phone to resolve it. Pure laziness.

Honestly, I’m leaving this review before I’ve even eaten the food because the service was so much better than I’ve come to expect anywhere. Whoever is working the register right now (12:57 on 11/4/24) isn’t making enough money for how good she is and how much she’s doing for the brand. If she’s not already moving up the ladder with Jimmy John’s, someone needs to make sure she does. Great service.

Got food poisoning. Ordered a Turkey Tom, ingredients didn’t look fresh so I should’ve known better than to eat it.

If you are picking up you MUST check your food before you leave at this location, and it seems to be just this location. They always fix it but you still waste time driving back again.
I specifically checked the box that stated I wanted curbside delivery because I have a sleeping baby in my car. You put the order on the shelf and stated at me through the window. Then I ran in to grab it and my drink wasn’t there, I told you I ordered a drink. You handed me a cup and pointed to the drink machine. I said I have to get out of here, I ordered curbside delivery because I have a sleeping baby in my car. You said okay and put the cup back down. Two big middle fingers up at you.

I only have eaten here twice and both times was very good 4 a sub place. I love the minis because it's not 2 big and not small. Only certain subs comes in minis. The bread was soft. It just a good sub especially compared 2 publix subs, wawa subs and subway. I have braces so certain are difficult 2 eat if the bread isn't soft enough. There wasn't a line and each time the employees were very polite and had good interaction with me as a customer I will definitely be going again.

Love JJ’s sandwiches. Tried their new Spicy Firecracker Wrap and it was delicious! I wish it would become a regular item!

Let me start by saying I love Jimmy John's. This review isn't about their food, unfortunately, however. Placed an order online 10 min before close. Instead of calling me, they waited until 15 minutes after close to cancel the order. I only knew because I got a notification through Google Pay that I had been refunded. On top of that, the refund amount didn't include the generous tip I left for the driver since I placed the order close to closing time. To top it off, no one would answer my call when I called to explain the issue with the tip. I understand not wanting to fill the order so close to close, but they should change their hours if they don't want to serve within what they have advertised. As someone who used to work at Jimmy John's corporate rules, at least used to say, you are supposed to serve up to a full 10 minutes after closing. The food may be fine, but their customer service is clearly lacking.
Doesn't smell like fresh cooked bread AT ALL isn't very appetizing looking meat and it is a skimpiest sandwich I've ever seen with toppings. Not even much lettuce. Guess I should have watched him make it shouldn't have to. Dirty inside not locked up doesn't smell sanitized and I wanted to throw up after I ate the sandwich because of how disgusting the mayonnaise tasted. I hope I don't get food poisoning! I won't go there again. I asked for extra oil and vinegar. I got barely any. This is just not your classic Jimmy John's. It's ran by high schoolers and it's pretty gross.

I customize my sub because I don't like onions and tomatoes. What is the purpose of me doing all that and my sub coming with everything anyways!!! SMHThis happens like every 3-4 orders, it is my fault I keep going back thinking they will actually read my requests.Oh well, they must not need customers.
The meatball subs is overly garlicy. Could not taste the meatballs for the garlic.
