Had the build your own poke bowl. Food was average. Restaurant was clean. Staff was semi friendly. Probably won’t be back. Just an average meal.

First time ordering from here. I ordered the Poke Poke bowl and Miso Soup. At first I was taken aback by the prices. Then my order was delivered and I realized you are paying for good, high quality food! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! You will feel happily full after eating your bowl. I'm looking forward to trying more from this establishment.

We have been here so many times and today really was disappointing. We ordered the dynamite roll to go and we have always done this. We took two bites out of it and realize how extremely greasy (I mean sopping) it was. Then when we got home both of us were very sick. Not only did it take about 20/25 minutes to make, the bathroom had water down soap, the employee was moving so slow, and when examine the food it was all old looking. Although we enjoyed the times before this, we will not be coming back.

A few things made this an unpleasant experience. I asked for the roll made like the fried one just not fried, they were very confused and said no which is weird considering its the same thing but whatever no big deal. So I hand the paper you check mark to the guy, and he proceeds to put tuna/salmon and beans, even though I ordered shrimp tempura. The guy making it was very confused, I had to tell the other girl working who then got annoyed. She took over making my burrito but instead of getting a new seaweed sheet just scooped all the incorrect stuff off. I should have left then since I knew I wouldn't be able to get over the other raw meat being put on it but decided to still try it. Well then I end up just standing there as they check out everyone else who was behind me (5 people) and once everyone else is paid then they finally get to me. I was in there for a half hour. Get home and noticed it was just dipped in grease and non-cooked. I was very excited to try this place but do not plan to be back.

Everything was fresh as far as ingredients and good options. My 1 complaint is that the seafood wrap for my sushi-burrito is far too thick. I actually could not bite through it, too rubbery. I ended up scraping the contents out so that I could even eat. I may wat there again but definitely going to have it in a bowl instead.

I have eaten at many other locations of Kazu Sushi and always had a great experience. This was very much the opposite. I walked in and no one was out front so I waited a couple of minutes and then called out to get assistance. A lady came out from the back, visibly annoyed, never looked up and barely greeted me. I started to ask a question, but she turned her attention to the guy who had just walked in to pick up an order. Someone else came from the back and they both focused on the other customer who's order was wrong; neither employee acknowledged me at all so I walked out. I went next door to Chicken Salad Chik where I received great customer service and had my food in under 4 minutes. Customer service was completely absent from this Kazu Sushi location and I won't go back.Please hire friendly people and teach customer service if you want you business to grow.

Superb fresh fish , quality and service. Very reasonable prices. I got a fried sushi burrito and it was a little greasy due to the tempura, but the quality of the contents were amazing. Even their soy sauce is good.

Fresh taste and a clean/fun dining experience. We dropped in on a whim to snag a sushi lunch and quench the craving.Impressed with the selections on the build your own poke bowl. I wished the portions on the protein were a bit bigger but on and all the quality, taste, and freshness outweighed the quantity.My wife got the sushi burrito with the eel (one of her fav sushi proteins) which is usually not a standard poke option.Would definitely eat here again when in town and craving poke or sushi burritos.
Let me start off by saying the food is great. However blatantly abusing your staff is unacceptable. It started as soon we walked in the owner pushed an employee away from the register as she was trying to ask a question. You could tell the employee was either new or not trained properly because she didn't seem to know what she was doing. It didn't help that anytime she tried to ask for help or guidance the owner would just get upset with her move her out of the way and do it himself. The whole time the managers demeanor was very aggressive and even made me anxious trying to order. At some point there must have been a miscommunication because an extra protein was added to our burrito. I didn't notice until we were checking out and saw the extra charge. When I brought it up to the manager he very aggressively held out the burrito asked me if I wanted it and when I told him that the order was incorrect he slammed it in the trash and proceeded to make a new one. Mistakes happen. I'm not upset about the burrito being wrong but he had the wrong approach. Once we all got our food, we sat indoors to eat, you could hear the manager cursing at his employees causing one to cry and the other to walk out. There were 2 other customers who also confronted the manager regarding his behavior. Just disappointing the way he acted because I would've totally gone back for the food. He has a "Now hiring" sign outside, yeah I wonder why jackass

So if you want to try something different, then this is the place for you. I hadcthtit famous burrito sushi. It was huge and tasty. It costs $13, but it was with it in my opinion. The food is great quality. We will definitely come back to this place.

Vibe is okay, food is great! I always get a custom bowl with the black pepper tuna and smoked salmon, wasn't a fan of the spicy tuna. They have lots of fresh veggies, fruits and sauces. $12-13 with tip included isn't a bad price when I'm in a sushi mood. I definitely feel like I get my bang for my buck. They could improve the protein section and the atmosphere. If you go from 4 to 6pm, you get a free soft drink for happy hour. They also have a rewards program ?
