We tried three times ago to KFC can’t seem to get in to the interior/dining room as they’re never open… Curious why they spent all the time and money to put the remodel in when all you can do is drive through when they have chicken they’ve been out of chicken twice Can somebody let me know when they have chicken in the inside please
Manager needs to Not be in customer service
When a customer comes in with missing food and wants to speak to a manager, that manager SHOULD NOT go into the office and shut the door. Good service starts at the top. I believe if this store had better management the issues, like not receiving your whole order, would be greatly reduce. FIRE THE MANAGEMENT!!!

KFC is a classic spot for old-fashioned fried chicken at a reasonable price. The staff, including the helpful manager Jodi, often go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. For example, she once helped arrange chicken pot pies and even gave a lemon cake to a customer. The food is generally hot and tasty, and the dining area is kept very clean even during busy times. Many customers appreciate the friendly team work and the clean atmosphere. While portion sizes may have decreased, the restaurant remains kid-friendly and has plenty of parking available. Some experiences, however, include long wait times due to staff shortages and organization issues, but overall, many find the staff helpful and the food enjoyable.
