One star is much for this DUMP! Ordered online, & 45 min later still no food (out of chicken) & my card is charged $35! The employees were wearing white clam digger boots & walking around kitchen, but that is just the start, just dirty dirty....human grease stains on floor, countertops. Trash cans overflowing, water on the floor in kitchen, I can see the light thru the crack in back door is about an inch wide, plenty of room for lizards, roaches, & rats. I waited for ten minutes as employees HARD IGNORED ME & MY ONLINE ORDER!
JUST DON'T. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY$$$$, & JUST AVOID THIS STINK PIT, THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY. š¤¢

Shouldāve listened to my 10-year-old daughter she wanted Chick-fil-A. I insisted to try KFC big mistake. $25 combo 10 piece chicken finger Combo? She even made a comment about the place being filthy. Do yourself a favor go to Chick-fil-A. Great service, clean And staff staff is always friendly And smiling with all their teeth

We had ordered a full meal, with all the fixins, but when it arrived, it was missing the mac and cheese and the double order of biscuits. Called up to the store and I told us they couldn't do anything about it until we spoke with the manager jodie tomorrow.
Ordered all white meat but got 50/50.
Then the acting manager hung up on me š¤Ø as I was describing the problem.
Will adjust this review if Jodie makes things right tomorrow . . .

Horrible. Waited 45 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Was ignored by staff. 1 other customer in store waiting for over 30 minutes left in disgust. I left after I was told it would be another 30 minutes and cancelled the order. The staff, including manager are nasty beyond words and always smoking out by the front door.

1 star is too generous. Just close this place down. Waited 40 minutes to get an order wrong! Bonus points for seeing the night manager be physically held back from assaulting a senior citizen who was also unhappy with the service.

Everytime Iāve gone there, the associates have been rude to every guest including myself. Thereās absolutely no reason for an associate to be having attitude while someone is trying to place an order. Much less throw the food out the window in drive thru. Thereās only been one older lady that has always been the kindest person. I wish I knew her name, but sheās been doing a great job at this location!
Ms. Jody was so helpful when I came in with my family to eat in. She was so patient in putting our order and the staff worked in perfect harmony, what a great amount of team work. The food was hot and tasted amazing. The dining room was spotless especially how busy they were. Five Stars all around.

It was a birthday at the office where I workā¦.. lunch was between 12-1pm . I thought that arriving at KFC at opening hour 10:30 am I had enough time.. I was the first and only costumer and I order a 12 pieces all dark meat extra crispy. and 3 servings of gravy that was all , a lady told me I had to wait and I agreed and sat down on one of the tables to wait , the manager ( older lady ) offered me a drink that I thank her but didnāt take itā¦ at 11:35 am I was still waitingā¦ after asking ā please when this is going to be ready they are waiting for me āā¦ at 11:45 a server was pushing in the chicken pieces inside the bucket I ask her ā Are all dark meat?ā She said āYes, all dark meatā when I arrive to the office , there where only two pieces dark meat and my manager counted and there were not 12 pieces but only 10 ā¦. What a pity ā¦ long time ago we use to go there for lunch and was really goodā¦ I know that now is very difficult to find good competent employeesā¦ but something needs to be change at that storeā¦that store was always full of costumers ā¦ we wonāt use it anymoreā¦

I may never eat KFC again. This is the saltiest chicken I ever tasted in my life. it taste like a bucket full of salt and the chicken of course was old. It was not fresh and I bought it about 2 oāclock in the afternoon.
