For the first time in my life, I opened a restaurant website and filled a complaint form just for the green hair person working in this restaurant. She gave the wrong sides, and missing food and rejected to communicate with me and aggressively humiliated at the burger station.

At 12/29/2025, 5 PM, I ordered a 3 pc chicken big box and 2 classical chicken sandwich combos. She made a mistake (she agreed that was her mistake) and did not include 1 of the classical chicken combos to the order. After I noticed that, I ordered it using the kisoks seperately. She gave 3 pc chicken box then disappeared. Then after 5 minutes, a older guy gave me a chicken burger combo that I ordered from kisoks.

However, they never gave me the chicken burger included in the first order. I called talked the old guy and showed him the receipts. He agreed with me and he talked with the green hair person. The green hair person said ''HE CAN STAY THERE ALL NIGHT, I AM NOT GIVING THE BURGER FOR FREE.'' Then the older guy got scared and couldn't say anything. They didn't even communicate with me and I stayed there standing for 20 minutes.

They can make mistakes, I have no problem with that, but if they reject to communicate with customers how can they solve any problem?

In short, there is an aggressive and clumsy employee that rejects to communicate with customers. If you see an employee with green hair there, I recommend you to stay away from this place. I can see why the old employee guy is scared of that green hair person.

I was in the drive thru earlier tonight. The lady at the window with the dyed hair is literally always a sweetheart. However, this new manager(?), the tall black lady had started yelling at her!! She was just standing there bad mouthing her in front of me at the window! The girl with the dyed hair had literally just grabbed some change to finish my order from her, and the manager was yelling at her for having an attitude?? But she was so polite to me and even said please, thank you, and ma'am! She was fast and collected and was just trying to get me my money as I had been waiting a long time in line. I wish more people had urgency like her! So, yelling at her for actually caring about my time as an individual is disgusting behavior! She kept going until this poor girl was crying as well!! This new manager needs to be fired immediately! You should never talk to your employees like that!! I hope that girl at the window had a much better day as she deserves it for always being a delight when she serves me!

I ordered lunch online to save time. The drive through was full and opted to go inside to pick up my order. No one was at the counter. No one greeted me. I advised I was there to pick up an order. I raised my voice because I was being ignored. The lady said my order was not ready, a man in the back said this is not Publix. I saw an order on the shelf next to the fountain drink dispenser. I told the lady she didn't even know my name, so how does she know that my order is not ready. Another man from the back checked the order on the shelf and oh, my it was my order. I waited nearly 20 minutes. I forgot my drinks because I was crunched on time and was flabbergasted by the service. Worst experience ever.

My family loves the chicken pot pies at KFC The last few times we went to the US 1 location, they were either out or had a 20 minute wait to get any. I even ordered online in advance once to give them plenty of time. When we got there, we were told they had been out all day. Although it took me several days to get my money back, I will say customer service was very helpful. Today, I decided to call first to make sure they had some ready. A very nice lady answered the phone and said she had plenty. She asked how many I needed and that she would have them ready for my husband to pick up at the drive thru. I told her she was awesome! When he returned, not only did he have the pot pies, he also had a lemon cake that she asked my husband to give to me! It turns out her name is Jodi, and she is the manager. She certainly didn't have to do any of that for me, but she went out of her way to accommodate. Great job, Jodi! Thank you, jodi. You're the best!

Went through the drive-through on August 5 10:30 PM and the drive-through person stated they only had coleslaw and mac & cheese. I’m sure the owner franchise E of the store would not be happy to know about the profit. He’s losing by his lazy employees.

Ordered online, & 45 min later still no food (out of chicken) & my card is charged $35!
The employees were wearing white clam digger boots & walking around kitchen, but that is just the start, just dirty dirty....human grease stains on floor, countertops. Trash cans overflowing, water on the floor in kitchen, I can see the light thru the crack in back door is about an inch wide, plenty of room for lizards, roaches, & rats.
I waited for ten minutes as employees HARD IGNORED ME & MY ONLINE ORDER!

JUST DON'T.
SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY$$$$,
& JUST AVOID THIS STINK PIT, THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY. 🤢

Should’ve listened to my 10-year-old daughter she wanted Chick-fil-A. I insisted to try KFC big mistake. $25 combo 10 piece chicken finger Combo? She even made a comment about the place being filthy. Do yourself a favor go to Chick-fil-A. Great service, clean And staff staff is always friendly And smiling with all their teeth

We had ordered a full meal, with all the fixins, but when it arrived, it was missing the mac and cheese and the double order of biscuits. Called up to the store and I told us they couldn't do anything about it until we spoke with the manager jodie tomorrow.

Ordered all white meat but got 50/50.

Then the acting manager hung up on me 🤨 as I was describing the problem.

Will adjust this review if Jodie makes things right tomorrow . . .
