Ordered DoorDash and they forgot not only my drink they brought me a water instead and were missing two sides and extra biscuits and when replacement order came they even messed that up and still forgot the drink and sides definitely won’t be trying it again it may be remodeled but doesn’t help if employees are incompetent.

So, they are supposed to be open at 10:30 as per door signs, website and every other KFC follows policy. Girl tells me at door they won't.be opening till around 11.So pathetic that they can't get to work on time and provide the service as advertised.What is it about chicken restaurants and customer service always sucks? I think we all know why this is. Not racism, just facts. Bet ya Chick-fil-A will always be on time and with great customer service.

The cashier was very friendly, allowing me to try their sauces and recommending me other options.The food was okay, Mac and Cheese had barely any flavor. The mashed potatoes were pretty good. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy, but lacked flavor.Overall, the food is okay. But the sides are a hit or miss. And the biscuits are just horrible.

Newly remodeled, KFC, in the Aldi parking lot. Clean and organized everything looked new. DeErica provided excellent customer service even held the door open for me. But the food was cold and kind of greasy. Portions have gotten a lot smaller. I got the three-piece chicken tenders. I put a copy of my receipt in the pictures.Parking: Plenty of parking availableKid-friendliness: Lots of kids there, plenty of choices

Several weeks ago, after a re opening, we went for dinner and it was packed. Food was great but they were overwelmed for the service. We went back a couple days ago. No one was eating inside. No one was at the registers. One guy was at the kiosk and was having trouble getting what he wanted. An employee screams from the back to us, "You need to use the kiosk!!!!" We started to use it and found things so frustrating that we walked out and left. They just reopened a few weeks ago! Wont be back.

Inside dining was not available. Drive up only. Line of cars created a large parking lot and street entry/exit problem. While in line, people were told the kitchen was having a problem with orders and maybe awhile before we received ours. Had to leave. Maybe we'll come back if and when they get there act together.

Well....I went here because it was Sunday and chick fil a wasn't open. I got chicken tender meal with mashed potatos. The tenders were super basic and lacked flavor, mashed potatos tasted like they were instant potatos, biscuit was horrible. The best thing was the fountain soda.
