Best ice cream in town. Friendly staff and large selection of ice cream, fudge, and chocolates.

The food is great but 2 days in a row and it’s after 12pm and not open.

They double charged $40.48 for two apples and a waffle cone. Total of $80.96… manager said no refund for the double charge and that I should contact my bank. Makes me wonder if they have a skimmer on one of their credit card terminals. Definitely take cash if you are buying from this location!

Service was okay but prices exorbitant when there are ten other ice cream shops in the same shopping area. $11 for 2 scoops of mediocre ice cream, after taxes $50 for a family of 4 to get not special ice cream. It was cheaper and better at disney world.

Went last night near closing. Not a good experience for a local. 100% Tourist Trap.
How does a 20oz shake cost $14.90?
Staff was high and up to something in the back room. Lots of uncontrolled giggling.

We walked in and not one person greeted us. Everyone just stared at us with annoyed looks on their faces. The blonde girl working by the fudge was especially rude. I walked up, said hello and she just stared at me blankly. Then when I asked prices of the fudge, she mockingly read them off super fast. To which the kid washing stuff at the sink turned around & smirked. I have never felt more awkward in a store in my life. From reading the reviews, I guess glad I wasn't the only person to have dealt with this. Will NEVER here return! Super overpriced as well.
Another Kilwins ‘s first in South Carolina and now here in Saint Augustine the perfect place for a sweet tooth! How can you beat it? They have something there for everyone.
Kid-friendliness: Kilwins are made for kids so much to choose from and they even had a train going around the top part of the wall towards the ceiling. A great kid magnet.

I came with three kids under 7. My 2 year old wanted some ice cream and he wanted his own but we knew he would only eat a few bites, so I asked for one double scoop cup and requested an empty cup so I could give my little boy some in his “own” cup. The manager informed me that I could not get an extra 5 cent cup and would have to purchase the full $7 single scoop cup. I was flabbergasted. We left and went to one of the other many ice cream shops close by who were happy to oblige such a simple and decent request. This is the last time I will frequent this establishment. The manager was rude. The young man who I requested this of was ready to oblige but she stepped in and said no. I say no
thank you to this shop.
