Libby's Thai Bistro Reviews
Frightening review of Libby’s Thai Bistro off Hwy 16.
We used to love this place.. but my chicken pad Thai smelled like mold and tasted very weird. One bite and had to throw it all away . My friend owns a Thai restaurant and was visiting me and also tried it and said the pasta is bad and sour. Pasta is sour from soaking too long he said. They had just opened for the evening so i called to tell them something was seriously wrong and didn’t want customers getting sick.....read full review
Wonderful wait staff, delicious food. The basil rice shrimp dish was amazing! I’ll definitely be back!
A very clean and friendly restaurant. they have a couple of metal tables outside and a very nice inside dining tables to enjoy a delicious meal. I have eaten to many meals to list. but they were all very good.

Libby's Thai Bistro offers a quaint and inviting atmosphere, complete with soft jazz music and a clean storefront. The restaurant serves authentic and well-prepared dishes, including the popular blue crab Rangoon with curry cream cheese. The food is good, with some dishes standing out as particularly delicious. The staff is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, making guests feel welcomed. Customers often enjoy large portions, with some dishes like garlic and black pepper from the lunch menu and crispy banana rolls with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The restaurant has many happy regulars who return for consistent quality and great service. With a cozy setting and a quiet location in a strip mall, Libby's Thai Bistro is a great choice for a quiet dinner out.
Customers have praised the restaurant's fresh and delicious spring rolls, shrimp appetizers, and pad thai. The spicy drunken noodles with chicken and the hot pepper dish with scallops have also been highlighted as amazing dishes with nice, big portions. The waiter was accommodating, even making a Thai iced tea with coconut milk for a customer who was lactose intolerant. Despite its location in a strip mall, the restaurant has an elegant feel with a quiet atmosphere, allowing for easy conversation.
