Wife and I each got a hot dog with everything but onions. The hotdogs were barely warm enough to eat and had onions on them. We scraped most of them off. They also forgot our chips which I had to go back to get. They were not busy at all at the time so that can't be an excuse. There is a lot of food choices nearby, so do yourself a favor and choose a different place.

Worst soft service ice cream I have ever had. Got the chocolate ice cream. It was super sweet, and did not even taste like chocolate. I am an ice cream lover, so it takes a lot for me to say, but I threw this away. Plus, the typical tip shaming, the kiosk asks for a tip, ridiculous.

Asked if we could switch our pineapple soft serve because they filled it up to where the pineapple juice leaked all over the cup and was sticky. We asked to switch to frozen to keep our hands clean because it’s not what we expected with “ice cream”. All they said was no you can’t. Customer service not present. All business. Not a place that will do the right thing for their customers. We actually enjoyed coming here for their dole whip when we’re in st Augustine. Probably won’t be coming anymore..

One of the most disgusting food we ever ate the fries potato was rotten. The fish fillet was frozen. The chicken bite were literally dark from the inside. I show it to the girl who work inside, and I told Her I’m not trying to get my money but they can work better on their food. She said fine. Nobody cares if you don’t like it you don’t like it. Disgusting food disgusting attitude
I would give this dole whip a 10 out of 5 if I could. I had it a few months ago while on a field trip. And again today! The chocolate strawberry twist is amazing! To have dairy free chocolate soft serve - there just aren’t words! It is so good that after 2 licks I am questioning if it’s possible that it is dairy free; it’s that good! Now, we just need one in my hometown so my sweet BFF could enjoy it!
And I would just like to emphasize that a large is truly large! It was my lunch. 😊

The girl who runs the register is RUDE. My toddler changed his mind BEFORE I paid, and I asked if I could switch his dip n dots to a slushie. She said well this is already ready. I said, so can I not change it? And she reluctantly said she would, then proceeded to run her mouth to the other employee in the shed. I said if you’re going to be rude about it, I don’t need to order anything. She said that’s fine. So I left. I had been there once before. Sub par service but the food and ice cream were good. I will never go back there though. The fryers were also not on. Not broken, just…not on. I know not every job inspires joy, but dang, if you hate it that bad, leave.

The company states "Pineapple Soft Serve," but when I look up the ingredients, I can only find lists with NO PINEAPPLE. Requested an ingredient list, and I believe my comment was deleted. I can't find any comments asking about ingredients that have a response. In my opinion, this is very misleading, and the product is overpriced IF it contains no actual fruit. Won't let me attach photo, but search "Dole Soft Serve product information."
The cashier had a bit of an attitude, but it was hot & they were steady. She did give us a cup to split our cone.
