I’ve been ordering food from here several times a month for decades and almost always enjoy everything. Servers are always wonderful. Two weeks ago at 3:00 I ordered takeout and it took an unusually long time to come out after text message said it was ready. When I got home I couldn’t believe the condition of the food. No salad dressing for the large salad, steak was inedible because of numerous tendons running through it and around it and the baked potatoes were RAW and by that I mean they were completely uncooked and hard as a rock. But the worst experience was attempting to speak to the manager. I called three times and was put on hold for 20 minutes each time before hanging up and attempting again. Each time before being put on hold I spoke to various employees who were very kind and polite. The last attempt I made I spoke with Madison and she assured me she would get the message to the manager and I totally believe that she did. But two weeks later and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I won’t waste my money on a business that the manager doesn’t care about the local regular customers enough to show them the courtesy of returning a call.

Tori is an amazing server ! She was super attentive and funny even when it was busy. We come to this location pretty often, and it’s always really good, but the service made it an extra great trip today.
