Had a craving for a steak and I wasn't disappointed. Tammy was there right away to take my order, it didn't take long and I had a steak cooked just the way I liked it. Good sized loaded baked potato that was fluffy and tasty.

Shockingly was out of there in less than 1 hour which wasn't a bad thing . Found them to be very efficient. Our server Alyssa was very friendly and knowledgeable. The most impressive thing she did was hold our entree from being made for an extra 5 minutes so we could enjoy our very delicious and fresh salads as well as our onion petals.Entree was cooked to perfection!Definitely want to go back there again.

Alyssa and Matt went above and beyond. Both ppl in my party have been in food service. They took my odd diet requests like it was nothing. Definitely over delivered. Much appreciated!
We go to this steakhouse every 3 to 4 months. Tonight we had our 2 little kids with us . We hoped for a quick dinner the wait time was only 15 min. We got to our table our waitress Summer was great ! We ordered our appetizer which was fried shrimp. Omg we could not eat it. It had soooo much salt on it. We mentioned it to the waitress she apologized and said that they will make a brand new one without the seasoning. Okaay so we ordered our steaks mu husband got a tbone which is pretty expensive i got a ribeye i think it was like $26 . My steak arrives looking thin and pale i was like ok let's give it a try i cut the steak it was well done when i asked for medium. If i had to describe boiled meat that would be the taste of it but sprinkled with lots of Black pepper. Anyway long story short . I ordered a tbone steak instead just like my husband's which he wasn't a fan of either. The meat was just not good. They only took the shrimp off the check we were there for almost 2 hours with all the wait time . Asked for a desert menu got it like 10 minutes later had to get our desert to go. Once again the waitress was nice . Was this meal worth a $ 100 plus tip ? It was not !!!! We wont be returning. Very sad this was our favorite local quick steak night out. I guess they are going down the drain like outback.

We’re traveling to Sant Augustine for the first time to celebrate our 6 weeding anniversary and we’re hungry. We stop in this longhorn that we really enjoyed. The food perfect, we asked to the server about wish choice he recommend me for meet and was a good choice I love so much . The service always paying attention to our needs. Overall exellent!??

From the moment we walked in being greeted by the hostess and through the entire dining experience our visit was exceptional. We had a party of 5. The entrees included the Outlaw Ribeye, regular ribeye, shrimp skewers and pork chops. Every one said their food was delicious. The onion petal appetizer , salads and sides were also very fresh and enjoyable. Everything was above being top notch.I definitely want to commend Sydney L., our server. She provided outstanding service and made our dining experience that much more memorable. Sydney was very personable and professional and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough positive things about Sydney. She elevated our dining to a whole new degree. She checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were refilled and fresh and the food was to our liking.Thank you Longhorn Steakhouse/ St. Augustine, Fl and a huge thank you to Sydney for going above expectations to make sure everyone had a fantastic time. This restaurant is the definition of providing great food, great service and a great time!!!!!!

We went in looking for seating for a group of 8. They basically told us they don't have any way to accommodate us for at least an hour to hour and half. They tried to seat young kids, not even teenagers across the restaurant, not even close. We left as it wasn't that busy.
