We planned a family trip to St.Augustine, and during our trip, we were also celebrating our 5-year-old twins' birthday! I came across LuLi’s online, and during my research, I read many satisfied reviews, so I of course reached out several months in advance. I was very nervous in doing so as we aren’t local and I didn’t know what to expect other than reviews. They had such great customer service, and the response time was amazing. The lady called me a week before our arrival to confirm all the details we had talked about, which I was very pleased with. The cake turned out way better than I was expecting. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my order and the experience I had with LuLi’s.

Horrible service and saw not 1 but 2 roaches crawling in the store, told the owner and she said “oh I know we are taking care of that” I then had to fight for my money back when I said I no longer want their product

Stop by this cute little bakery while shopping to pickup some birthday dessert treats, what a adorable bakery. I had a gluten vanilla cupcake that was delicious and my friend had the red velvet which she said was also delicious. Also bought a brownie, i have not tried it yet, but I know it will be great if its anything like the cupcakes. Will definitely be back in the future. Love the name. 🩷😊😋

Took my granddaughter to Lulu‘s this morning to buy her a cupcake. Stood at counter for 10 minutes before leaving. I said hello? Possibly thinking someone was in the back that would help us. Finally someone came out and said they’d be out shortly , but never came back. Another customer left before I did leaving two more in line. Terrible Experience with customer service, business must be doing pretty well to ignore customers.

Excellent cupcakes 5 years later we use to frequently buy these cupcakes but about a year ago we had a not great experience and held off over the last year. Then today my wife decided to try them again for my daughters 21st birthday, but watched the staff be horribly rude to a grandmother and her kids for no reason. Tney were more worried about personal conversations than helping customers at the counter. Needless to say my wife walked out and called me to tell me the whole experience. I gave them a 5 star review 5 years ago but we will not be back. This business has gone way downhill over time. We are now coming up with plan B for the birthday desserts.

Update: I usually don't like Macaroons. They are crunchy and lack flavor for me. These are soft and chewy and fill of flavor. Also the cupcake frosting are full of flavor. Wife got the PB chocolate - frosting tasted like peanut butter. The brownie is chewy, fudgy, crunchy and flavorful!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
