Pickup ordering online does not work. No problem, don't offer it. Call to order a pick up order, they leave you on hold and never come back. No problem, don't offer it. Don't tell me you'll be right back, and leave me on hold. Just don't offer the service if you can't meet expectations. Foods always been great, service has gone down hill. Like most things when corporate buys it, they try to save every penny and it eventually all goes to hell. Sorry, won't try again for a while.

Hard to find parking due to the location of the place. You order up front then find your own table. Don't forget to clean after yourself and be considerate to the next guest(s).

Not going to last long. Saturday morning, no crowd, long wait for an incorrect and incomplete order. They’re nice enough staff. Could have done without the excuses for why the order dropped.

Krista was awesome very friendly and welcoming. She has a phenomenal personality and my kids love her. We will most definitely be back again. And a special thanks to Bri for having such excellent staff.

If you like cold breakfast this is your spot. Cold eggs, burnt hash browns, biscuit was cold. Ask for syrup with my biscuit, I got strawberry jam. There are better options for breakfast in St Augustine

Very dirty, dirty dishes everywhere, one bathroom was out of order and the one bathroom that was usable had an overflowing trashcan and toilet paper dispenser was on the floor. We ordered our food and after 15 minutes went to check on our food since it wasn't busy and no one else was coming in to order. Two employees were in the back on their phones, and when I asked about the status of our food, the worker at the register said they were still working on it. That is when someone actually started working on our order. We have been to other locations and were happy with the food, but the St Augustine location was disgusting and had awful service.
