chicken tacos were tiny. dont get the tacos. not much fillings either. they were also bland. lamb tostadas were nice size and seasoned well. server had a pleasant attitude but my order arrived wrong meat. she got it fixed fast. not sure how this place got 4.7 stars.
We had a great experience with the food, and the waiter's service was excellent, but the manager's attitude was somewhat discriminatory. She refused to seat us inside the restaurant, even though we requested it repeatedly, and she wouldn't allow the waiter to seat us either. Honestly, the waiter's excellent service saved the day.
We had dinner from Mayita on Christmas Eve. When we entered the restaurant, we were warned that we would have to wait 10-15 minutes before ordering, as they wanted to serve the people at the table first rather than people ordering take out. After our wait we ordered (a simple order of two burritos) and were told that it would be 15-20 minutes, and if we just waited outside, they would come find us.
