I wanna first off say we’re not from Saint Augustine and We occasionally make a long drive down here for work, my fiancé insisted that we get some McDonald’s breakfast since she’s been craving McDonald’s recently. Now I understand that the Fast food business could be hard for workers since some customers could get very difficult. But the experience through This fast food drive-through was absolutely unacceptable. An older lady by the name of Elaine or Lane I’m not sure which one Was being very rude and had a higher tone almost like yelling towards my fiance all Because the worker did not hear what my fiancé said. Keep in my mind my fiance was very sweet and nice to her, She absolutely did not deserve that tone. We advised one of the workers which I believe was the manager about the situation, She was nice and she advised us she would take it up to her management. hopefully.

This is the third time I’ve been at this location and the drive through really needs to get it together. They have two drive through lanes and will take several orders in one lane while they expect you to wait. I’m sitting here now and they just took two orders from vehicles I was ahead of. I’ve been sitting in this line for 15 minutes now and can’t back up because I’m trapped in between cars.And the older woman that works the drive through is so rude. Every time I come here she’s so negative and doesn’t even say thank you. Maybe if she was polite I wouldn’t mind but making me wait and being rude on top of it is crazy

Came here for the price. End of lunch and not perfect but generally good. Kind of annoying that the kiosk won’t let you order a cup water instead of a soda with your $5 dollar meal without it being a bottled water that cost extra.

Do NOT go to this place! I was there today and saw SWARMS of LARGE roaches actively crawling in and out from under the drive-thru pickup window. When I mentioned it to the worker, she said she knew and had JUST reported it to her manager. I then heard her telling her manager (whom I saw stick her thumb into my chocolate shake cup) that people had been complaining about it for two weeks. I asked for a fresh cup, and the shake was my entire lunch-I was too disgusted to eat the food. DISGUSTING!
Every time I come here, it is a terrible experience. As McDonalds go, this one is TERRIBLE. I asked for allergen information because of my son, and instead of helping me, they directed me to the website. Even before that, trying to get someone's attention was like pulling teeth.
There is someone's old, slimy drink on the serving counter. terrible service

The lady had no idea what my McCoffee was, didn’t know how to ring it, how to make it on the automatic machine, and in the end, instead of a macchiato I got a large cupful of steamed milk. Train your staff!

Normally the people working are super nice and my order has always been correct. However, recently the customer service has declined and they can’t even make a basic order. If you go through the drive thru there’s a good chance you’ll get to talk to a woman that literally yells at ever customer or an older woman that seems pissed off at the world that she’s at work and is just incredibly rude.
