Extremely rude elderly lady taking orders at the window, she mumbled into the mic something about apple juice, when we asked her what she said as we couldn’t understand her, she screamed at us “I told you we don’t have orange juice”.
Secondly, this location IS NOT OFF 95. It should be removed from the signage for the exit. Absolutely loved driving 3 miles to get yelled at by a woman with a rotten attitude.

We sat in the drive through for 7 minutes before making it to the order speaker. Then another 7 at the pay window. 2 cars ahead of me ordered 100 dollars of food, and sat at that window instead of pulling off while thier order was being put together. I could have pulled out of line, I could have gone inside. The should have had the large order placer pull out of line and gotten us through. The manager wouldn't even just give us our drink and 10 pc nuggets at the pay window as it went against rules?

I would give the windows staff 6 stars if I could. I eat lunch there everyday and they are always very friendly and efficient.
What’s the point of calling it a “fast food restaurant” when you can’t make the food fast or have it warm. Spent 30+ minutes in the drive through. Absolutely zero sense of urgency.

There was complete chaos in the kitchen using unacceptable language. It made the atmosphere of being stressed. Food was sloppily made and trying to place an order difficult. It to at least 8 min before I was addressed by taking my order. There were no smiles, personal higen(washing hands ect.) it took 20 min to get my order. Value for what I received was too high. For a bigmac and a small fry was almost $15 and that was not including a drink.
