There comes a point when too much automation detracts from the service and customer experience. This little location falls into that category. Four out of four orders had to be corrected, had the person at the counter asked the second trip to the counter would not have been needed. No napkins in orders, wrong drinks, no straws were just a few issues. You're losing the welcoming fun part of being on vacation in St Augustine.

The girl taking order. Did not say a word just grabbed card. And what can I say it’s McDonald’s I don’t eat there was with others. Did not know simple question Could we get breakfast still being it was breakfast pulling up and switch to lunch Changed from a guy to a girl and still no one knew what was going on or smart enough to ask upper management

I’m babe visited this restaurant on many occasions in the past. The reason for my review is due to the circumstances and what I witnessed. First, we visited on a Sunday. From what I could see, there were 2 managers and 2 employees only working: I’m not sure if everyone called out or it was just a bad day. The time that it took to get the food was horrendous for all inside and in the drive thru. But what customer service!!! The lady behind the counter rushing back and forth tried to make sure that every customer knew what was going on and didn’t feel like a number. I didn’t get her name but she has purple and blue hair and was amazing. Employees like this are the ones that are future leaders in great companies.

I was prank, calling and used a goofy voice and the dude. On the other end was so happy about it. It was so nice about it. And this is probably the best nicest McDonald's we've ever called, and you seemed like such a nice guy and he handled the print calls theand he handled the prank calls the best

I usually not leave negative reviews. 4-5 star reviews are a different story. However, $7.00 for two chocolate sundaes that only fill the cup 1/2 of the way is a rip off and a joke.
Went through the drive through to get my mobile order was told to go to one of the curbside parking spots waited an hour then went in to check and the lady was rude and told me its back there somewhere and she couldn’t help me then had to go in a SECOND time and the manager came up and said it had been fully erased and he would remake it. GIVEN NO RECEIPT! NO DISCOUNT! NO RESPECT!!

Awful!! Ordinarily my family and I enjoy McDonalds, but when we visited this location we were extremely disappointed. The food was fine, but the employees were rude and didn't seem interested in doing even the most basic parts of their jobs. We weren't given napkins and when we asked for them we were ignored. The floor was dirty and the table was so sticky our sandwich wrappers stuck to it. Please do something about this location!
