I stood in front of the register for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Not a greeting or even eye contact as two employees brought up orders for other customers. Over half of the orders I witnessed were incorrect, missing something, or given to the wrong person. Finally left to find a place that wanted my business.

Just went in for some french fries and honestly couldn’t even eat my order because the gentleman that was working the front and seem to be the only man working who wasn’t even in uniform, Was so covered in literal dirt it was repulsive. You could see the dirt on his shirt like he just got done working on a car. There was food grease all over his arms and hands like he hadn’t washed them all morning. I have honestly never seen a place even allow someone to clock in looking like that because that just breaks basic health codes. Will not go to this location again, seeing they allow employees to show up and work Dressed so disgustingly and unprofessional, regardless of it being a fast food chain. Do not recommend going to this location On A1A.

When I ordered they put dried up pickles on it when my chicken sandwich was meant to have Mayo and lettuce. They have no drink except apple juice, water and milk. It sucks.

I went to the drive through around 11:40 1/5/25. I got a big mac, large fry, and a chicken sandwich deluxe. I got home and the fries were soggy, not crisp like normally, and the chicken sandwich was plain with just mayo. You pay extra for the let/tomato aka "deluxe". I wasn't given a receipt. Despite i knew the time, they have cameras, and can pull orders up in the system they refused and rejected giving me a replacement. Every time I rarely get anything from there the fries seem like they weren't in the firer long enough, mess my orders up, and the sandwiches looked half butt. I even know the manager Erica(or team lead or whatever) and they still wouldn't just replace my ucking sandwich.
Well, unfortunately, just like most fast food, restaurants, and most places they were shorthanded, which caused them to be very behind on taking orders at the front counter. The shift manager there that was taking orders at front was doing a fabulous job. She did the best she can to try to accommodate for everybody Whether it was begging for front counter or DoorDash or drive-through. She was doing the Michigan. However, I ordered a platter and my eggs were still raw and they put my biscuit on top of my eggs. Therefore, my biscuit was soggy portions was very well done but they’re not cooking their food all the way.I don’t think that’s a very good ad for kids sitting in the lobby waiting because you can hear them cussing from the back! There’s no mannerisms in there at all.
