Always out of food every time I go. Also instead of just saying they were out of chocolate for chocolate shakes they gave me a vanilla shake with coffee mocha syrup and it tasted atrocious like straight syrup. Didn’t ask if it was ok to substitute. People have an attitude and always slow, bad service. Avoid if you can.

I stopped in today at lunch with my son...the cashier was brady... wow this young man totally impressed me ..he was friendly and did his job perfectly and it was just a great interaction..made a great day even better .keep up the great work..frfr..also this location is so close to my house and I'm happy to say it's always clean,the employees are always friendly,the put the fast in fast food ..bathrooms are always clean andddd of course,the soda is perfectly balanced and that important to me..thanks y'all for a great lunch

Five McDonald's within ez distance of my house and I chose the beach location because maybe they wouldn't be as incompetent as the other 4. They proved me wrong. The food is edible but the service is terrible. Bad management at 5 separate stores makes me lose hope for humanity.

As with most McDonalds, inconsistent when making food/drinks. I belive they were built on the belief that if you get an item at one McDonalds, it will be the the same (prep/taste) at all other McDonalds. Definitely not, especially with coffee drinks. I usually get a large iced caramel coffee in the morning. I cross my fingers hoping it will taste OK. Most times it not, either too much, too little of caramel or creamer or coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so hot the ice melts after only a few sips. There has to be a SOP on how everything is made, no?

Visited 8/23/25 ar 5:02 pm. My ice cream cone was melting fast when I received it and dripping on all sides of the cone, I asked this female manager if I can just get a different cone because it was obviously dripping and imaking a mess. Instead of being Customer Service oriented, she said no you ate some of it. All I did was lick around the sides because it was dripping real bad and I’m in the car. I will not return this manager has no Customer Service ability or personality. She should be on the line as a cook and not as a supervisor manager I’m very disappointed with her attitude and customer service ability.
Moreover. I had to request for my receipt.
