Go hungry before wasting your time here. Line was wrapped around the building, nobody on front counter, kiosks were working but the receipt paper was installed upside down so we didn’t know our order number. Employees were arguing about drive thru orders and not even acknowledging the 10 people in the lobby waiting to order while the kiosks were down.

For a fast food restaurant they are one of the better McDonald's I've been to. The food is fresh and hot. The service is excellent and the staff is courteous and friendly. 😀 I highly recommend them for your fast food needs.

I ordered a medium size meal and because they don’t have medium cups. I had to pay extra for a large drink that I did not want. It’s not my fault you don’t have your product if I wanted large I would get large I want medium if you don’t have it, don’t offer it.

This is consistently the worst McDonald's experience in the Saint Augustine area. Every visit results in a significantly incorrect order. For example, combo meals are often assembled incorrectly, and requested condiments are routinely missing. While I understand the fast-paced nature of the job, the level of repeated errors suggests a serious need for staff retraining and improved quality control. Until management addresses these fundamental issues, I strongly advise others to beware and avoid this location.

I use the app %95 of the time and 6 out of 10 orders have gotten messed up or my food has been given to someone else then I have to wait when that's the reason I used the app then when I asked the girl in the window if I could get some free points for the inconvenience she says that they don't do that what good is the app if it's not convenient and actually an inconvenience most of the time with nothing to offer for it Mc Ds is has just been going down hill way to fast switching to culvers from now on.

Check your food before you leave the store. Ordered bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle sandwiches and got some chicken sandwiches. Horrible not even close. And they don't give you a receipt.
First they forget my apples cool! Then they give me an unsweetened tea and told Me It was sweet tea I just don’t know the basic things you’ll can’t do! Smh!!
