The Manager and staff are stretched and stressed! There needs to be some type of customer service revamp. there will be 10 people working on one order at a time which makes no sense. For example, I had an order for a large caramel frappe two sausage McMuffins and three cookies I put the order in at 9:20. It told me it would be available at 9:38 still at 9:59. The order was not prepared. I called the manager to not complain, but only to ask and her response was less than professional. McDonald’s is a worldwide corporation and has been in business for many years. They should understand what it means to have a rush McDonald’s please do better great things are still possible for this brand. Please accept my feedback as just a suggestion, coaching opportunity and not a severe complaint. There really needs to be some coaching in this store.

Great service and the store was very clean. Workers were very friendly. Food was nice and hot and exactly how I asked for it. (I'm picky, so it always makes me happy when they make changes and give exactly what I ask for.
This place doesn't even deserve a star. Horrible service and incompetent

I decided to go to McDonald on my 30 min lunch break. I went through the drive thru. For whatever reason they were only taking orders from the cars on the inner line and not the outer line. No sign or cones blocking the outer line which is the lane i was in. After taking 3 orders from car that i was before the person came on my speaker to take my order. I asked why are they only taking order from the inner and not the outer lane. He replied it because they busy. Which i didnt understand that at all. You’re busy so you only take one lane order and not the other. So he proceed and goes do you want to order or not. So now im upset and said no. So i proceed to go up and get to the window and the manger was there. I proceed to tell her and she seem not to care. If you have one person working the drive then you either have the person alternate between lanes or close one lane. Being busy is not a reason to ignore customers and have them wait! All she stated was “i hear you.” I never had any issue with this place but today. Food was good and hot but customer service suck

I’m going keep it short. This location is horrible. The food was fine but the service is non existent. They take care of Togo very well but if you come inside everyone walks by like you’re not there. Almost like they’re playing “not it”. Took us over 8 minutes to get our food and I placed it online before I got there. I saw Togo fill up twice before we got odor food. Guest where standing for ever waiting to get there food. Crazy, eat here at your own risk.
They are always preatty quick in here.
