They can't ever get the order right.Cook to order means ..i.want it hot...not Luke warm while I'm sitting 10 minutes in a drive-thru burning gas for something as simple as cook to order.They getting more and more sorry with following basic instructions

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to .Every day you are unable to use your app but yet in still they ask are you going to be using the app today ? That makes absolutely no sense since it does not work for anyone. Even though I was not able to use my app I just wanted to order a $5,00 meal. I was told the system was down and they did not know when it would be back up. I tried to use cash and I could not even do that. It boggles my mind that there are several items you can not get at this McDonald's on a regular basis at night. I'm not even sure why they are open. I work in a restaurant and I know how hard it is. I don't even leave reviews because I know it's tuff in this business but at some point it would be nice for them to hire some employees that cared about their jobs and was there to service the customers. If issues happen that they are unable to handle at least give upper management the notice so they can fix things and not leave things status quo where customers are unhappy.

Truly worst experience. Dirty washroom. Taking our order alone took painfully long. After a long wait, got kids order wrong. Forgot drinks for adults order. When given drink, given hot water with milk for coffee. Horrible service, food and atmosphere

Very messed up order, sigh.
First, I got a bacon cheeseburger, one medium fry, one medium drink, and 10 nuggets for me and my family. The worker added an extra dry on our order, we asked him to remove it, he said he would. We get this order usually whenever we go, it was $23 which was crazy to us. We opened the bag and found 3 medium frys that we were charged for after asking for one of them off(we didn't know he charged a third) I got home, laughed about it even tho it was messed up. I checked my burger, no bacon, just a bunch of onions, little pickles, little ketchup. I am very disappointed and won't be coming here again

My husband just make an order from here and the cashier besides being rude was "deaf" We placed the order for a Bacon Double Quater Pounder meal with large french fries and large mocha frappe, a side order of medium fries and medium coke. The guy working at the register today at 11:50pm on 2/21/2025 didt heard the order correctly and instead of asking he put automatically a side of large fries and didnt add the coke to the order either and when we went to the order they gave us a medium mocha frappe and when my husband told him.it was large and the side fries were medium they did corrected however when my husband also told hik about the extra coke he said his manager said that we needed to go back around why we have to go back if it was his fault he didnt heard the order correctly not even ask? 0/10 customer service. Terrible management as well

Went to the Dt got a Filet of fish sandwich asked for a side of tarter sauce I didn’t mind that it was going to cost more but at first she said 32 cent and then went to 80 cent with attitude then she gave me my drinks with soda all over the cup wasting in my car customer service needs to be better
My McGriddle was a little soggy meaning of probably sat a while before served to me
Parking: It's in a difficult area of the road with road work so getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit of an issue

Quick pass since I was going from Orlando to Jacksonville and it took a little longer than usual. The food was good, but when they gave me my order they gave it to me without a glass for my drink, I spoke to the girl to ask for it and she ignored me, another young man asked me what I needed and not knowing the size of my drink, he deliberately determined that it would be little. Terrible service, plus the coffee was not that good.
