This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's in the whole st augustine area I've seen on numerous occasions where the employees just stand and play on there phone and don't take orders and I've sat at the drive through for over 15 minutes before and not once did anyone say anything over the speaker the workers are ignorant and just outright do not want to be working

As far as MD goes, this one rocks! Typical MD food, but the service is great. Clean and friendly service and the kiosks actually work. Worth the stop.

November 30th 2025 3pm drive thru worker doesn’t speak up. Purposely speaking low, and just has a rude attitude in her voice. I know it’s a McDonald’s so can’t really expect much but can we at least pretend to be welcoming. Can’t wait for AI to replace all your jobs you’re ungrateful for
