Our drinks were missed, he apologized politely, and we told him no worries.(not his fault, they weren't given). 5-10 minutes later, he knocked on the door... He had gone to the gas station and gotten us drinks. So I wanted to give him some recognition.

Yummy. Sweet workers and accommodating. The kids at the window were very nice. I felt like I was asking for too much when I asked for an iced water. They gave me a large. Very sweet.

10:00 am. There was one other guest in the dining room. My sausage biscuit meal took 10 minutes or longer. Then they give you your food In a bag. I asked for a tray, but they didn't have any clean ones. I see a big stack on the garbage area by the door. Food was not hot. Awful experience.

I was there today at 3:40 pm and placed my order at the kiosk. To begin with, they never give you a receipt. I waited over 20 minutes for delivery, and when it finally arrived, the order was incomplete—the nuggets were missing their sauces, and the drinks weren't in their cups either. What bothers me most is that the store is always dirty. Every time I go, I have to clean the table and the chairs where I want to sit. The floor is always covered in food that people throw away. In my opinion, they're understaffed, since there's only one person for cleaning, and they can't keep up.

After picking up my mobile order at the drive thru, I realized they missed a burger so I went inside, the manager was nearby and asked if I needed any help and quickly gave me my burger and even an extra small fry. I really appreciated his kindness. They were very busy at the drive thru and inside the restaurant so it’s understandable that they missed an item.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. I don’t know what kind of training these people get, but apparently, it’s “how to mess up every single order while pretending you know what you’re doing.” The cashier repeated my order back perfectly — every single item, down to the drink size — then handed me a bag full of the wrong food like it was a magic trick. Congratulations, you just invented new levels of incompetence.
I went up to the counter to fix it, and everyone looked at me like I was asking for the moon. Then the manager — if you can even call him that — walked over with the nastiest attitude I’ve seen in years. No apology, no care, just pure disrespect. He acted like giving me the food I paid for was ruining his whole day. If customer service were an Olympic sport, he’d win gold for being the rudest person alive.
When I finally got my replacement bag (after way too long), the food looked like someone had sat on it. Fries cold, burger flattened, drink missing — again. You’d think a place that only serves burgers and fries would at least know how to hand those out, but clearly not.
