they didn’t fully fill up my drink. i cannot believe they would do somthing like this to a loyal mcdonald’s customer. there is also some weird brown thing on my drink. the cashier was nice though, think his name was noah

Got a large fry and coke with my meal…fry was 1/2 full. For the amount paid, they should be full EVERY TIME!!!! It’s called getting what you paid for!!!!

Whoever worked at the first window at 7:23AM on Monday January 12th deserves all the love. I got 2 hash browns and a sweet tea and before I began my order, she had the most positive attitude! I pulled up to the window and she told me good morning and that I looked lovely today, and that made my morning! I really needed to hear that today. She was awesome! The food is as good as usual and I got everything I needed, no complaints!

Came for the legendary McRib. The sandwich was served upside down in the box. Both of them. The bread was stale and hard - no it definitely wasn't supposed to be like this. The top bun was also broken in half. Stale bread is brittle. Had hardly any onions. Sauce was as expected. Fries seemed fresh. Dining room was unkept but not the worst I've seen at a fast food joint. Seems like a relatively new McD. It's cheap fast food, but c'mon. Service was quite slow given an empty dining room, maybe 10 minutes.

The fact that I have been calling this store all day long to ask if they got a trucking with the Grinch meal supplies only because I was told by management to call up here is beyond me. Places of establishment have phones for a reason and that's another reason why you have management and at least 5 to 8 people working a shift. Oh, and by the way, after I drove 20 minutes to get to the McDonald's, the manager was outside sitting at the table having a full-blown conversation with someone on his own phone. When he should have had his store phone in his hand and been answering that phone when it rang. Idk. Maybe if your reason is So many people were calling about the Grinch meal. Maybe McDonald's should get a recording and on their answering machine put we are out of the Grinch Meal. There's no excuse for the reason the phone has not been answered not one time today from 10:00 this morning until now at 6:04 pm. Those managers should be walking around with those phones in their hands at all times.

Late night drive thru is so slow! Delivery orders like uber eats are not prepared until the drive is within 1 mile of the store location so drivethru gets backed up because of this.

Tiffany &.Joseph, the asst manager made my day. They were both so polite & helpful. While they may have been busy with a line wrapped around the building, they still gave me service with a smile & went the extra mile to be sure I had fresh food & an amazing experience. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at McDonalds

Put on our orders at 650 did not receive them until 730 although people who had came in and ordered after us for being served before us ended up with cold food the staff was extremely rude

Came to check the reviews after having an experience myself. And honestly… it lines up. The employees here seem to go out of their way to be malicious with your order.
I asked for extra onions on a cheeseburger, normally that just means an extra scoop. What I got was absurd. I get being lighthearted and humorous. I was young once. But thiiiis. Describing it doesn’t do it justice, so I’m adding photos. Not to mention, the food was refrigerator cold and the soda machine was broken.

Horrible service. Half an hour wait for a Frappé, ordered thru a self service kiosk and at the end it was melted. Manager was super aweful. I told her seriously that the wait was too long, and she called me rude and not even an apologize for such bad service. WONT STOP there again!
