My food was cold the sausage tasted like a run down chop shop and there sweet tea is literally never sweet it doesn’t even taste unsweet it’s just that bad they are terrible

Had a horrible experience here last night with the manager, Jaylen. My mom and I were waiting for someone to help us at the drive through and he was so rude to us and curt. There was no friendliness at all. When we pulled up to the window we asked for him and told him that we didn’t appreciate his rude attitude and he told us he didn’t care what we thought and that he was perfectly fine. When we said we would not like to buy our food because of his customer service he said “Okay cool, bye!!” We’ve been coming here as loyal customers for a long time and we’re very upset to have been treated so rudely. We will not be coming back! I recommend McDonald’s promotes better managers that actually care about their customers and do not treat them with disrespect and behave like immature teenagers when met with a complaint. This manager (Jaylen) is a drain in your company and incredibly disrespectful. Do better McDonald’s!

Zombie workers. No personalites or energy. They all look bored, pissed off or both. Depressing, but that's most fast-food and retail these days. Never see manager inspiring them or helping them develop any skills. Usually a minute or two for cashier to count out cash change, even though the amount due is displayed on the register.

It's just sad. We found one booth that was partially clean, except for the sticky syrup on one of the seats. We watched two separate families walk around the lobby looking for clean seats. No one was able to sit without wiping their table and seats. We ordered10 minutes before arriving at the store and still waited another 7 minutes after finally getting a workers attention. The workers are rarely at the counter. They stay in the kitchen area where they are not accessible. You have to yell to get assistance. We keep giving them another chance and there is no improvement. This store just keeps getting worse.

Was greeted by a very rude drive through worker screaming “what do you want” through the speaker. Didn’t even bother placing an order, I just drove off.
There were 2 drive through lanes. I was told they would be right with me, and was only spoken to again after 10 minutes once 5 cars had gone through the other lane.

I had a DoorDash pickup at 11:45pm at night and when I went through the drive through the lady was extremely rude and arrogant and told me she doesn’t have a door dashing order, she pretended not to hear my questions and she refused to help me with my order pick up. I told her was coming to the window and she said she couldn’t hear me, so I went to the window and again she was extremely rude and arrogant to me about picking up the door dash order. I did notice this store has only 3 stars, why is corporate not cleaning house? why is the franchise owner not cleaning house? I am astounded at the rudeness from the lady. And the staff were just as careless.

This place sucks. We’ve had numerous instances of cold and bad food. I don’t know why we come here. The photo is a cheeseburger with no meat. The employees have reached a new level of not giving a damn and it’s managements fault.

Used to be a great place to stop and have a quick bite but since they no longer have mil discount i just go to Chick-fil-A 🙂 the place is okay, smells good but a bit dirty. I also overheard the employees talking about drive-thru customers and it was not the best comments
