We ordered a steak calzone and specifically asked the waitress NOT TO put peppers in it. The calzone came full of peppers and when she came to ask how the food was we told her what happened and she’s like do you want another one and we said no thank you because we will have to wait another 30 minutes again ( that’s how long we waited) and she said: “ No No that’s not how we work here, hold on I’ll be right back. “ She took off and did not come back again and we had also asked for a drink refill. Like 10 minutes later we saw her and asked her to bring the drink and she did. At the end we had to find her again for the bill too, so all this time we thought she was gonna give us another calzone to go, based on what she had told us. Nope!! she brought the bill and asked did you enjoy it? while looking at all the peppers on the plate and the pieces of the dough all over the plate from him having to hunt and remove the peppers and she DID NOT SAY A THING and also charged us for it.
Mind you we came to eat because we have money to pay but ITS THE PRINCIPAL 👎👎

Nice restaurant. We needed a good pizza place close by. I have been there three times. The food, service and atmosphere were all 5 stars each time.

We are regulars at this Mellow Mushroom restaurant on Monday nights for trivia. The dj Cameron is great, as well as the trivia format. Waitstaff, is good one time, bad the next. Not consistent at all. From our first time, and continues, generally week after week, we have met with unwelcoming staff at the desk. They always seem like they don’t know what ends up. Instead of greeting warmly, they seem to go into a panic of WHAT Do I Do Now! Very poor first impressions! Tonight was by far our worst experience on a Monday night trivia at this location. Arrived at 6:15pm to get a table for 9 people. Waited by the desk in sight of everyone, as others arrived and were seated over and over in front of us. Finally seated at 6:55pm. Manager isn’t friendly or accommodating. He knows we come every Monday, and spend $$$ at this restaurant. Instead of welcoming us warmly, and possibly thinking of where he could seat us, we wait, and wait, and wait. Tonight was the worst! It was like he wanted us to walk out in frustration! On a previous evening, I told him privately about a waitstaff telling us she doesn’t work Mondays, and didn’t want to be there. His response was, she’s my best waitress and has been here longer than I have. Well, seems the problems start at the manager level and trickle to all levels of staff. We are done! There are many locations for trivia, and this manager has made it clear, they are not going to be professional and accommodate patrons.

Excellent pizza, friendly service and good live music. Several TVs to watch the game. Lots of families with kids, and really noisy inside. Even our server asked us to repeat ourselves at one point.

Hall of fame meal and service. Ellie, Montana, and Victoria were fabulous. Legitimately one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The atmosphere is fabulous and the decor is welcoming, colorful, and interesting. If I lived in the area this would be a local place I'd visit at least once a month.
