It was my wife's birthday, which was noted when I made the reservation. When we sat down there was a card with personal birthday wishes from the restaurant management The food was excellent. The waiter was very attentive. The piano player/singer added to the romantic atmosphere.. I recommend Michael's.
Incredible place on all levels..we are “foodies” from NY that moved to Saint Augustine about 6 months ago. We went to Michael's for our anniversary and were blown away by the quality of the food, the service(shout out to Amy!), and the ambiance. We will return as often as possible!
The food was delicious however the new location is quite loud. To make matters worse there was a piano player that added to the noise. Instead of hearing nice piano music it added to the noise and amplified it. Our server was awesome. She was very attentive and took great care of us. If they can take the noise down and did some sound deadening around the place it would be a 5 star experience.
