Bring a spare change of undies cuz crepes so good they'll leave you dripping wet. Sweet, tasty and moist as they should be. Good firm pretzels that'll make your mouth water next door too. 10/10 would come back everyday the tte next 30 years

MiMi's Famous Crepes has become a standing part of my morning routine when I work downtown. I have the pleasure of always getting to see Jordan and Sage, who provide such phenomenal customer service and make the best crepes I have ever had, whether it's a savory one for breakfast or a peaches and cream one to satisfy a sweet tooth. The crepes are delicious, the garden is lovely, and the staff I have met are always an absolute delight, and always have me coming back!

The crepes were just okay, in my opinion. I ordered the chicken Florentino and the inside was delicious but they put a horrible red sauce on it that did not pair well. The crepes itself was large with too many folds, thus making it too thick and dough- like. I would not go here again.

Although it was extremely busy due to a holiday and event weekend, the girl behind the counter was super friendly. She told us there was additional seating in the back, which was nice because there were three of us eating.
I ordered the #11, which is stuffed with berries 🍓 and 🍋 lemon cheesecake, drizzled with raspberry if I remember correctly. It was delicious! I could probably eat two of them. My Mom ordered the same and she enjoyed hers as well.
When our buzzer went off unfortunately they forgot to make our third order, but they were able to quickly make it and I only waited an additional couple minutes and the quality was just as good. 😋
Definitely recommend coming here if you like crepes! They have both sweet and savory, however my family all got sweet ones. The seating area in the back is super cute too!

Tasty Crepes, especially the sweet ones. The chicken. Was just okay but the sauce and crepe material was great. Long wait any time of day, took us 20 minutes at around 10:30am, they'll give you a buzzer so maybe go for a little walk. Also there is a courtyard seating behind it
