Sean and Beth were very kind to us. We told them we hadn't been there before and they went to town asking us our likes and dislikes. The final product was delicious ? and filling. Thanks for the great service.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I have to with this one. Our visit was on June 11th at about 2pm. My wife and I have eaten at the Moes in Jacksonville more than the few times and it was always really good. We figured we would try this one. That was a mistake. To say the food was horrible is an understatement. The taste was completely off, the texture was completely off and I honestly think we both got a slight case of food poisoning. The two people that were behind the counter definitely seemed high and the one that was making our food could not care less about his job. Do yourself a favor go dumpster diving, go hungry, go anywhere else but here.

Moe's ain't what it used to be in the beginning. The queso is diluted and tastes like medicine!...costumer service slow they still greet you as you enter, but that's all. Expensive fast food.

Ordered for large dinner party and Moe’s catering surpassed my expectations. Food was deliciously prepared and available on time in individual containers, which were identified well with sufficient portions. Highly recommend.

I had not been to a Moe's in about 25 years. I recently moved to a more populated area where a Moe's is right around the corner from me. 25 years ago the food was fantastic. The food we received was luke warm and my queso dip didn't make it in the bag (went through the drive thru). I could not believe a burrito was $14. Sadly I will not be returning.

We went 12/31/22 at 6:15pm and the staff of two suffered from having another staff member call out. These two employees hustled, made our food good and had a really good attitude despite working new years eve. We will visit again for sure!

My husband and I had a nice time here today! Haven’t been in several years and I’ve personally never been to this location. We were greeted when we came in and once another employee, Shawn, saw a line forming, he hopped right on to help. The place was clean and the salsa bar was fully stocked and fresh. Food was delicious, plenty of chips with my meal, and I like that they have that fancy coke machine. We’ll be back!
