Unless you're flying to Naples, Italy, this is going to be the closest thing. I was watching the entire process from start to finish and even having some great banter with the owner while he was making us 6 margherita pizzas on the fly. The way he folded the dough and stretched it was exactly how the process is taught and done in real Napolitano style.
