Nalu's Tropical Take Out

Leaving Anastasia Park and we see a Food truck that has a bunch of folks at it at 2:30. Must be a good spot. A quick U-turn and we are looking at the menu. Several protein options for each of the tacos. We went with the Catch option (Unicorn fish/Trigger fish) we chose the Baha & a tropical Taco. While standing in line waiting for our order, we struck a conversation up with a guy who was wearin Minorcan's Mike's sauces merch. Low and behold Nalu's has his product. We had to try some on out tacos. The combination was perfect. so perfect we left with a jar of that as well. GREAT find. Owner was super nice and friendly. This is the kind of place the locals come because it is fantastic.

Great presentation and food was delicious. Will be back!

This dynamic duo slays tacos. I can't find any better in the state of Florida. Every time I visit here, I'm excited about the catch of the week.

I recommend trying the datil pepper.

Parked in front of his dumpster getting coffee for maybe 2 minutes and the owner came over and RUDELY ASKED US TO MOVE. We were only there for less than 2 minutes and were picking up coffee from a to go place right next to it. “WORLDS BEST COFFEE WHICH WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND” and when we tried to apologize for doing nothing wrong the guy said eh… I guess. Wow. Rude people. Don’t buy from here. But the coffee place next to it was fantastic!!! Rude people don’t get our business!

Had the lg cajun Ahi 2 weeks ago. I've been to 3 sushi restaurants since then, and none of them even come close. Good reason to move to Saint augustine

Been coming here for years; last couple years proten in the tacos have been getting less and less, now down to a sliver, while they pile on the cabbage as filler. Yesterday was our last trip to this place, $47.00 for 3 taco meals with only 1 drink. the baja fish tacos were more like baja cabbage tacos with a sliver of fish. Mango Magos on A1A is our new go to taco place. Tacos are packed with porten, great sides and drinks for same price. I know times are tight for everyone but at some point the customers have to quit bearing the burdon...

This is the only place we revisited from last year. The Baja and tropical ahi tuna tacos and the mermaid ahi tuna wrap were just too good to miss this year. The tuna is not overcooked nor over seasoned. It's perfect. The tuna flavor is remarkable! There are outside tables and the meals are served in to-go containers. The portions are plentiful. I would NEVER come to St Augustine, FL and not come here.
They even give dehydrated tuna bites as healthy dog treats. Our dog is 8 years old and this is the only dog treat she has ever eaten.
There's plenty of parking and picnic tables with umbrellas for your convenience. Plus it's roadside, on the way to the lighthouse.
You would do yourself a great disservice if you come to St Augustine Beach and not try out this food truck.

These folks are a very important part of St. Augustine! Nalu's is one of the best places I've ever eaten! You must try if you love fresh, tasty food! I promise they won't disappoint and you'll make it a staple in your like real quick! Also, I believe it's worth mentioning that whenever the community is in distress, Nalu's is always there to help in any way that they can! We will never forget what you did for hurricane Matthew! Nalu's for life!

Parking: Parking is short and sweet but there! The white dirt lot.. can't miss it. Also park at the surf station and go get you some merch!!

Do yourself the favor and EAT HERE! They fish tacos I got were some of the best I've had in a very long while (the datil pepper ones are insanely good). They are parked next to benches for seating so you can enjoy the breezes coming from the beach nearby. The people working are super nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
