We waited about 20 minutes to get a table which was fine. We got part of our order in a reasonable amount of time but the rest of the order did not arrive and it has been 40 minutes already. Two specialty drinks wee part of the order but we had to remind them to bring these. This place has very bad service. I know this is the winter holiday period but this kind of delay is not acceptable.

I went to One Twenty Three Burger House on Thursday and the food and service was phenomenal! This is one of the best eateries in town and the staff was warm and welcoming. I will definitely eat here again the next day I visit St. Augustine.

Awful customer service. The hostess and staff need better training. They were rude and unaccommodating, rolling their eyes and asking customers to leave. Guests without reservations were seated ahead of those who arrived earlier, causing long and unnecessary wait times. Very disappointing experience.

We had a bit of a wait for this place but we were a larger party and it was a busy time of year so I guess it is expected. The wait time for the food was a little disappointing especially when mine was kind of forgotten. Once they got it to us though if it was fantastic. I had the datl pepper hot wings. They were fantastic!

What a disappointment from a regular customer who drives out of her way to eat their fried chicken livers. The portion is now literally 1/3 of what they used to be at the same price. It used to be a mound of chicken livers and now it barely covers the bottom of the plate. I have a photo of the order. Yes I said something to management who states they weigh the livers. It is maybe 1/4 of pound. Very disappointed and will no longer recommend. I came to find out there are new owners since August. 😢
