Cute little place with outdoor covered seating and fans. There is a stand up rail/bar inside if you don't want to brave the heat. They offer alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. I got two 🌮. The Sprout minus the Baja sauce and cheese which was very good and the crispy tofu which is fully vegan and spectacular! Don't miss this place on your visit to St. Augustine.

I was told that any menu item could be made vegan, but there were already several fully vegan items on the menu: The daily vegetarian option: Baja Tofu (minus the cheese), Crispy Tofu, Brussel Spouts, soy curls. I tried all except the soy curls (they were sold out). They all tasted great and were very filling; I had to enlist help finishing the three tacos.
Great vibe with outdoor seating only, but they're partnered with Old Coast Ales right next door, which (I believe) provides indoor seating for both establishments.
As per the Happy Cow rating system 4 stars for not being fully veg.

When you get up to the counter to order, ask for their vegan menu; many of the offerings can be modified! The tofu taco is delicious with sweet Thai chili sauce and hoisin. Can choose between flour and corn tortillas.

Soy Street Tacos (Traditional). I asked them if they cook the soy protein separately from the meat, and they said they only do upon request Normally they don't. Be sure to request this, if it matters to you. Friendly staff.

Tacos were lacking seasoning. I ordered carne asada and carnitas. Carnitas was very bland and dry. Tacos desperately needed a sauce. I also am not a fan of raw corn tortillas. A little cooking of the tortillas would of been nice.

Great casual taco joint in St. Augustine. Great Brewery adjacent to it too. As their specialty tacos have a lot going on. I highly recommend eating in rather than to going it, unless you're getting simple street tacos, which are the best in town.

Probably the best Tacos in North Florida! Each taco is well crafted and has a ton of flavor packed In. The ambience is great, and there is plenty of seating packed into a small area. Bonus is that there is a brewery next door!

Service and atmosphere are great. Parking is limited. They got our order wrong but I didn’t mind. I was curious to try anything as the menu looked interesting. But the food was incredibly bland and dry. We had chips, salsa, beans and rice, and 3 kinds of tacos. No spice. No flavor. No freshness. I love almost all tacos, but this was a disappointment. Even the chips and salsa was the worst we’ve ever had. It was edible, but not enjoyable.
