My wife and I enjoyed our sirloin and lobster tail dinners and at a great price! It wasn't too busy and made it a relaxing and enjoyable meal for a Thursday night. Our server Matt was spot on with his knowledge and service. We were too full for dessert but ordered the carrot cake to go. We will be back to try the rest of the menu!

Food was great except for the hair in the pasta. Mistakes were made but they were accidents but to make things right weren't the beat decisions. I haven't been happy with Outback the last two times we have eaten there. The other location was in Ormond Beach. I think this was their last chance with us!

Had a great experience with Lidia as our server.Vegetarian options: They have a few options but would suggest if your diet is strict vegan or vegetarian to double check the menu before arriving.Dietary restrictions: If you are vegan this is not the place, due to their limited optionsParking: Plenty of parking, never been an issue.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu and kids crayons and coloring paper.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp accessibility was available and the doors were wide enough for a walker or motorized walker.

My husband and I am sick. We ordered two grilled chickens plain with baked potatoes. The potatoes were small, shriveled up and hard. We couldn’t eat them! We also did not receive any bread, plastic ware or napkins. Also no toppings for potatoes we are profoundly disappointed and would have certainly returned our food if in the restaurant. I called and was hung up on so no resolution?

The food was excellent and definitely worth coming here but also got to give a shout out to Kaitlynn our waitress. Anyone comes here ask for her. You won’t be disappointed. I also wrote on our receipt that she was the best waitress. She was honest and came over quite often to make sure we were good and made sure we had everything we needed. Very caring, very friendly and very good at her job. Made the experience even better. I know Outback knows just what an amazing waitress they have! ?Highly recommend this restaurant and that waitress. Thank You Outback and Kaitlynn!! ❤️?

Went here for my Nana’s 81st birthday, and while the food was outstanding the service was terrible. Our waitress Lydia was so inattentive that it felt intentional. She got our drinks and bread order but after 30 minutes we had to flag her down for the bread to which she put her finger up in the air as to say “wait a minute”. We had been for 30 minutes. We watched her bounce around our section (who were all waiting equally as long as us for their needs) and disappear into the back but she never checked on our table for refills or an update on the food wait. The food runners were more attentive than our waitress. She came to the table the most towards the end of our meal, but only for to go boxes and the checks. I haven’t written a review in years and I try to be understanding as I’ve worked customer service but I have never had a waitress so devoid of compassion or care in my life. I know people have crappy days but she didn’t even meet the bare minimum of a server.
The restaurant was a bit crowded but got seated at the bar. The young lady took good care of us. Finally got our food after about one hour wait. Food was good though.
