The Cuban Nachos were unique and delicious and of course the Traditional Cuban did not disappoint. You must stop by if you are driving the A1A or in the Saint Augustine/Palm Coast area

This place is excellent!! The coffee is very good. I had the El Traditional breakfast. Eggs were exactly how I ordered them. The potatoes and bacon were excellent. Highly recommend Palador Cafe.

The cheesecake was creamy and perfectly balanced in sweetness, while the flan was silky and rich with a caramel glaze that was simply divine. The chicken bowl was hearty and flavorful, with tender, well-seasoned chicken served over rice. The outdoor seating area, with its turquoise canopy and lush greenery, adds to the charm, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The friendly staff provided excellent service, enhancing the overall experience. Paladar Cuban Eatery is a must-visit for its delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and warm hospitality.

Paladar recently catered an event for us, and the food was incredible!!! They also made a homemade cake that was decorated in a beach scene, and it was the prettiest cake I have ever seen - not to mention it was delicious! The person who delivered and set up everything was super professional and friendly as well. I can't recommend them enough!
