Terrible rice Terrible orange chicken and teriyaki not cooked to company standard sat in to-go window for 6 min before i had to say something into the intercom to get acknowledged and if you get a bigger plate they ask if you want it all in one (not company policy) so they can rip you off what they should do if its a bigger plate is automatically put whatever meat in the extra container this was a mid day visit about 1 and ill say if you want panda express go to beachwalk they care about there food this panda has been awful since i moved here not impressed at all

Food looked good and didn't get a chance to eat. Service is very slow.., I was on lunch break if i had.stayed it would have been dinner time . 4 people ahead, and we had already been in line for 15 minutes and the food from onlines and deive thru wiped it out. Everything was 7 minutes wait or 10.Not enough employees, too many online orders. I left waisted too much time there. Thanks Panda employees for not giving 2 beeps.

The Panda on US1 in Saint Augustine was HORRIBLE today. Orange chicken was so hard a metal fork could not pierce it, maybe the NHL needs some pucks....the noodles were burnt, how do you even do that? Please stop hiring idiot kids that are more concerned with thier phones than work.

Over half the items on the line,are out and you have to wait for 15 mins or longer but when you ask about maybe discounting for having to wait the server refuses. And that's after waiting 15 mins for them to help 2 customer ahead of you. By far the slowest and unorganized panda ever. Maybe a change in management would help.

Ordered 2 Bowls online. Everything ready and staff handed me the sealed bag. I ordered Teriyaki Sauce for 2 Bowls. None in the bag. It is very frustrating on the road not getting a complete order. Order # 35385481872080898
