The food was fresh, and Arkadiy was very helpful. Despite the place being busy, he remained attentive and offered excellent customer service. I had to wait for one of my items, but he made sure to bring it to me as soon as it was ready. Great experience, thanks Arkadiy!

This is the slowest panda express that I’ve been to. Every time I come to the drive-through if there’s nobody here it takes forever for somebody to take my order. The last four times I’ve gone to this panda express the bowls become smaller and smaller and smaller to the point where I just got an orange chicken with noodles and it has five pieces of chicken on top of dry old noodles. I keep going back to give them chances to see if it just has to do a staff, but that’s not it. I’ll be going to other panda expresses besides this one from now on

Food was salty and chicken was gummy tasting. Portion size was smaller. Chow mein was 80% cabbage. If I wanted to eat cabbage, I’d order it. This isn’t chow mein.
I’ve noticed the overload of cabbage in the chow mein has become commonplace at many locations… this was the worst ratio though.
The prices have increased so much and the food just doesn’t match the price point. Might as well get take out from an actual Asian restaurant at this point.

We went there for at 6:45 p.m. and no beef broccoli, and when we ask will there be more, and they said no, that they won't cook more. 🤔 , no more sweet tea, and when asked for more, they also said no, it won't make more.
There is a drive through for a Reason, the drive thru at this location seems to never be open. Due to not enough employees. Why is this? the manager dec 9th at 1030, told me he had a catering order to get out. I said there is no customers inside, and you can't give me fried rice unless I come in with all the kids. There is a reason why I go through the drive thru, with this said he got me fried rice and literally THREW it into the bag tossed it out the window to me and said angrily have a good day. The rice had opened and spilled out into the bag. This is the MANAGER.????? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION. APRIL is also rude as hell. Finding a new location. WONT BE BACK HERE. US HWY 1

There was a 2 long hair in my food the cooks ,employees should tie hair up ,hair nets , hair guards when preparing or serving food ..hair in food is disgusting

I had an incredible experience with this Panda Express. We placed an order that got mixed up through door dash and when I called, Caroline answered and was able to help resolve the issue. She was so sweet and patient and took the time to talk to me despite it being busy in store. It’s this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back- that and the orange chicken of course!
