I had a issue with my door dash meal...I called the store and Eddie the manager was great!! He told me to stop by and he would take care of the situation. I went there the other night and he did just that... I will definitely be back for more great dishes at the panda

I use to go to this place virtually every day (for several years) spending around $100 a week there.. UNTIL one the employee's got EXTREMELY rude and mean for no reason. I dont know her name, but because of this insanely rude employee, I stopped going there (which sucks.. because I loved their food). Now, I'll take my business to Chipotle. They'll be getting my $5200 a year now (or more).

Been here recently and drive thru was broken. Tried to get drive thru today and sat at the order speaker with no response -drove up to window to see if it was still broken -a very annoyed man came to the window and said the speaker was working but they were very busy he then closed the window and walked away VERY RUDE-I drove off and will not be coming back to this location… 5 stars for being rude

Drew is a great guy. cooked me up some beijing beef even though they were closing soon.
I’ve been here three times in three years and every time I’ve been it’s been a bad experience. Today I paid a dollar extra for four walnut shrimp, last time there was no teriyaki for my chicken, and the first time the employee didn’t want me to order something because they didn’t want to make more.Just go to Ichiban Buffet up the road. It’s local and there are never issues like that.

I’ve been here multiple times. While the food is always good, they have a serious problem with their drive thru. About half the time, you wait a long time in the drive thru line and then you pull up and they say “Sorry, we’re closing the drive-thru, you’ll have to come in.” And then I pull around to the front and there’s several employees working behind the counter. Why in the world would this happen so often? And why in the world would you not send one of the several employees out to tell the people in line that the drive thru is closing and they’ll need to come inside so they don’t waste time waiting there? This just happened for the 5th or 6th time and I’m literally looking in the front window at 6 employees behind the counter and there is one couple in line and nobody is inside eating. Perplexing.
