The saddest Italian salad I have ever had. 2 whole slices of soppresso cut in 1/2 to make 4 about 6 chickpeas sprinkle very small sprinkle of cheese 6 croutons and the rest lettuce . Do not but this if you are doing high protein. A real Italian would say this is disgraceful.

Been coming here for years.I don't know what's happened but my last 2 visits were not good. Salads I had were not fresh.
Employees seem like they don't care what they put out for the quality of food .

This place is so poorly staffed and it takes 45 min to get through the drive through
Had drive back and get the sandwich that was not in the bag and I was treated like it was my fault and now they are inconvenienced to make the sandwich again. Not ONE apology from the staff, the girl looked annoyed that I came back for the sandwich I paid for!

Went early in the morning to pick up some breakfast items, there was very few selections like eight different bagels some cookies some soufflé's very few pastries place was clean
Parking: Parking is shared with a chocolate shop, but lots of areas to park. There is a drive-through window.
Kid-friendliness: There were several children in there. It looks like they have some nice kids meals.

Yesterday (12-12-24) I went in to order and eat lunch. I was expecting my wife and four friends . When I went in around 1230pm I noticed every single table was occupied. And also saw other people walking around looking for a table. But what was so Astonishing was I Counted about TEN tables that were occupied NOT by people eating but on their laptops with No Panera cup or plates. To the left as I walked in every table had someone on a laptop, NOT eating. And a Four person table had ONE man that had bags on the table and in the seats, he appeared to be homeless or just hanging around taking up a four person table.
I fortunately found a two person table that just opened up. But when my four friends arrived and looked around they left. When my wife arrived she walked and saw all tables full and left and called me ten minutes later. It’s amazing management just lets people loiter and take up all the tables and just let PAYING customers walk out the door! WOW!

Hanna was awesome. We asked a bunch of questions and she was kind and polite in answering all of them she offered us a sample of the new soups ie butter squash and chili - both were excellent. We didn’t wait long. Napkins and utensils available. Coffee flavors all fill with times written as to when they were prepared. All milk and alternatives full
And available for use
Vegetarian options: Non meat sandwich and soups
Parking: Plenty of parking. Near Publix and other places to eat and shop

Worst Panera on the planet. First, pricing at Panera has gotten out of control anyway. Portion sizes are tiny compared to other quick serve places and I don't mean fast food. Second, we are normally hesitant to go to this Panera because they are Soooooo slow, but today it was the middle of the day and there was only one car in the entire place so we decided to pay the stupid prices for mediocre food because my husband had his heart set on an Italian sandwich. We ordered at the drive through and the pricing said it was about $10 for a you pick 2. We ordered 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad and a drink. Total was almost $18. That math isn't mathing, so when we asked for a receipt, the receipt wasn't itemized, there was only a total, so we couldn't see what upcharges we paid for. In addition, we waited in the drive through behind 1 other car for almost 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!
$7.02 for breakfast sandwich this size. I dont have big hands.

Order was paid for but three items not included in Drivethrough. Also, service long and hard to order. We are long time customers and regret to tell you we will not be back
