this Panera sucks. I’ve never been to a worse establishment in my entire life. There was nobody there and it still took 10 minutes. I ordered mac & cheese and it was freezing cold. Don’t go here.

I usually don't leave negative reviews but at this point it's too much and crossed all the lines. My experience is not unique to this location only but across the board and I already spoke with customer service regarding the same. I'm placing online order ahead of time/day before to pick up souffles in the morning and keep on getting calls that they ran out of souffles. How in the world it is my problem since I placed an online order 11 hours in advance?? How does this even work that are not putting ahead of time orders on a side and selling out everything to walk in customers? There is no logic to it at all. It happened many times before and I'm tired of getting phone calls with a an apology that it was sold out. Horrible customer experience!!

We love Panera and visit often. We ordered our food and it came out timely. My husband ordered chicken soup, it was cold. He returned it to the counter and they gave him another one and it was cold as well. He was disappointed. I observed a staff member attending to the dining room. She was sweeping the floor and then proceeded to sweep the dirty table off with broom. Completely disgusting. Very sad.

The Cheese Steak is a wonderful taste experience. The Bread Bowls Soups are very tasty but very small for the price. Get the cup or bowl of soup for a better value.

I ordered lunch on Panera website at 11:15am, made my payment and at 12:30pm I still did not have my order. I called Panera and they told me it was through Door Dash and that I would have to contact them. The second employee at Panera was able to refund my purchase. She explained that it was made and picked up by a 3rd party driver and it showed it had been delivered. Very disappointing experience. Won't do that again anytime soon. The second employee I spoke with was very apologetic and helpful. Thank you for that.

I don't even recognize Panera anymore. I had the broccoli cheese soup and I swear there's nothing but those little flower seeds in the cheese. The half sandwich had enough turkey to cover a large bandaid. There's no counter staff....order at the tablet. Place is lifeless. Too bad.

This location was very clean, the food was the proper temperature, and the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make it an enjoyable dining experience.

My mobile order included the Tuesday Baker's dozen bagel special, the Baker's dozen bagel bag with two cream cheese, and a large coffee. Special instructions were: cut each bagel in half, include lots of butter - along with plates and knives.
It wasn't until I arrived at my morning event of 20 plus people that I learned none of the bagels were cut in half, and that butter wasn't included. The cream cheese was the wrong flavor, and the plates and knives were nowhere to be found. Basically, I received a bag full of useless bread.
Epic fail. The only reason for rating two stars rather than one was the super polite staff. That, and the fact the place was lit up brighter than a prison.
