if I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Not only was both pizzas still raw but two very simple pizzas ordered off there family deal online. A meats pizza and a pepperoni and bacon pizza were both missing pepperoni. we had three other sides on our order and the sides were fine. we called and spoke to owner, asking if they were out of pepperoni and he said no we have pepperoni. so we explained That both pizzas were missing pepperoni and raw. he said he would refund and void the ticket and then put a note for us to get two pizzas another time. which we said we didn’t care about but appreciated the refund. go to look today. A $62 order he refunded $18… I will break it down for you. Jalepeno Bites $7.99, cheesesticks $8.99, cinnamon pull apart $8.99, family deal large 2 topping and large specialty both with epic stuff crust $32.99 equaling $58.46, $62.99 with tax. so my husband called and all he wanted to say is I’ll send you pizza now, which we don’t want! So then I called. Same thing. He kept telling me well your sides were fine And listed the prices of those but yet couldn’t look up the price of a family special with both epic stuffed crust would say well system only says $18 to refund for two pizzas. I said I will pay for the sides, I just wanted pizza refunded and I do not want pizza sent to me.but kept demanding that he deliver pizzas whenever I’m home, or come up and get 1,2,3,4 free pizzas or whatever I want. Just crazy you’d rather give me 4 pizzas over a refund for the two I am asking for? Every time I tried to speak on the phone he wanted to cut me off every time and talk louder repeating himself a million times to where I had to be quiet. So finally lost my cool when I couldn’t be heard as a customer when he kept demanding that I listen to him then he started cussing. first off the pizza was absolutely disgusting, but does not come close to the disgusting human that’s the owner. Who also claims he doesn’t care about any reviews any customers leave. (Because I mentioned all his bad reviews lately) he then hung up on me. so here is his review, that I told him I would leave since he doesn’t care but maybe someone ordering from here will and will go to one of the other 10 pizza places right here in Murabella and have way better luck! I was very disappointed on my first visit. A young man answered the phone, started cursing, and hung up, leaving me unable to reach them. This is my second time ordering my drinks missing. It’s very upsetting.please do better

Is it possible to give less stars? This is how it they delivered. I verified I had the correct address, no phone calls…. Nothing. This isn’t even the correct building address. Ants crawling all over my kids food. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. What a waste of $33! Do not do business here.

Second time in a row I ordered from here and the pizza was still practically raw. Felt like I was eating a hot pocket with raw dough for the filling. Very disappointed, this place used to be nice, not sure what happend to it. Either way they need to step up with their quality control before someone gets hurt from improper food safety.

This Papa Johns location is one of THE BEST I've been to, every employee is professional and kind!
If I could give a zero I would. The manager was horrible and rude to me. I ordered two pizzas and apparently DoorDash is capable of canceling a persons order without any confirmation from the person that paid for the pizza. My account charged and papa dough used and no pizza. When I called to get the situation resolved the manager tells me the order was canceled and to stop calling. I have been a loyal Pappa Johns customer for years and will never order another pizza from them ever again.

Ordered our pizza online and sadly they have to go through DoorDash. DoorDash canceled my ordered I called and spoke to Joe and he had us come up there and he served us well. We appreciate it more than anything. Great service

I ordered a large Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza at 430. Paid for delivery and tipped on line. It is 7pm and still have not received the pizza. Thanks papa johns Finally received a luke warm pizza at 722. 2hours 52 minutes after ordering!

Thin crust pizza was like a matzo. I might as well have eaten the cardboard box. Service was...odd. Guy asked for my name 3 times and didn't seem to have his stuff together. Pizza was a little late, not a huge deal. I ask for meatball topping, and there was a ball or two on each slice....usually they're cut up so you get some in each bite. Not here. Won't be back. I miss Papa Murphy's already.
