We normally love papa John’s and we tried several times with this location. But honestly they need to be shut down. I always order for a set time and without fail it NEVER shows up. This is the 3rd time now this has happened. I have called and spoke with the manager, who offered absolutely no solution when I asked where the pizza was and why it wasn’t here when it should’ve been 45 minutes ago his response was because it just now got made. This was after I called five times and was on hold for 20 minutes. I explained our pizza is always over an hour late and once didn’t even show. Again, he couldn’t care less. I understand mistakes can be made but they also need to be made right. Horrible

No issues with the delivery or the driver, its a fast food pizza place so not much to say. Tasted good and on time.

Pizza had no flavor and barely any sauce on it. Pizza was terrible. I won’t return to this location.

Complete garbage establishment. I’m literally writing this going on 45 minutes on hold after they forgot one of our order items and burned another.

I walked in to order some food, and overheard one of the workers telling two customers that she was not going to make food because they only had large dough and that she was stressed out. I’ve worked in food service before and I get it, but that is not how you speak to customers that is unacceptable and completely rude and so I left.

I'm really surprised they have three stars. It must be the cause there's not much else in the area. This place is completely mismanaged only order from here if you have to

Called 10 times to cancel the order. One time got a hold of a guy in the beginning and first call. He said I had to cancel online only. I said we are out of town and it defaulted to our adresss on file. Could he cancel before delivering pizza to no one being home. He said do it online.
No one answers if you choose to cancel or even order a new pizza I even called with three different numbers. Doesn’t matter they say it’s open but do not answer . Won’t ever call or use this store. How bad has chain pizza become. Reminds us to buy from local places.
