The location is perfect for enjoying a tasty treat while soaking up the beautiful views. They are open Wednesday - Sunday, 7AM - 3PM. I tried their smoothie and Italian pineapple ice, and both were absolutely delightful. The combination of amazing food and stunning ocean views makes it a must-visit destination.

First time trying Peace and Cream. We have grabbed breakfast a few times at Ragga cafe. Definitely recommend. Great spot for beach, food, and friends.

Stopped to check out the food trucks there and pleased to see this one. Small ice cream treat business with a ton of choices. Got a large Double Up and it was unbelievably delicious. The soft serve was fresh and like a custard style while the cherry gelato was so flavorful. Can't wait to try something else on the menu.

Loved my Italian ice “rocket red glare” this evening. Delicious and better than I could have ever imagined! So refreshing on a hot summer day.

This was so delicious. Best Italian ice I have had since I was a child. It's so creamy and such a refreshing treat right after the beach. The Italian ice is great by itself and the Double up (which is layered with soft serve) was next level. We live in Jacksonville and I wish we were closer because we would make it a frequent stop. Staff was friendly as well. Keep up the awesome job!
