I would definitely NOT recommend this place. The owners are extremely rude. Much better places downtown to go!
I tried the cookie dough one, magnificent. The perfect dessert, but I did have to wait a bit for the ice cream to defrost a little. 10/10 would recommend and would repeat.
Great ice cream!
Ice cream was delicious (ordered the peach and raspberry sandwich) but I didn’t care for the shortbread cookie. I wish I could have just ordered the ice cream but it’s not an option. In the future I wish they would sell scoops of ice cream and not force us to purchase the shortbread ice cream.
Didn't eat here cus full from dinner and then when we went back they ran out of the vegan items we wanted.. Abby is super awesome and friendly!
Front counter girl was rude and no bathroom was available to customers
Ice cream sandwiches were great, but tried to use the restroom after purchasing, and staff claimed restrooms were out of order. Seemed like they just didn’t want anyone to use the restrooms. But if they were out of order, the review stands.
Great sandwiches, much better than the other ice cream stores on the block, something actually made locally
Great vegan chocolate ice cream sandwich
Tried latte one, so good..

Sweet treats as we walked the coolness streets. I tried the crème brûlée sandwich and was delighted.
Absolutely love their ice cream sandwiches. Little pricey, but a great dessert treat.
Ppl in here are always friendly and helpful. No dedicated parking lot as you just walk here like most places downtown.
Awesome flavors, all delicious
My husband and I loved the cookies so much, we went two nights in a row. You may want to let your sandwich sit for a couple of minutes before you attempt to take a bite, as they are initially frozen pretty hard. The two flavors we tried: Cream Brulee’ and Peanut Butter Brownie were delicious. I see that other reviewers highlighted issues with staff interactions. Of note, the young lady working Thursday night (9/18) was particularly friendly and helpful! This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in St Augustine and want something more special than the typical tourist trap snacks.
We will never return here because of the guy with the eye lid tattoos he keep swearing and was very inappropriate towards me and my family very disappointing experience for us
