My husband and I loved the cookies so much, we went two nights in a row. You may want to let your sandwich sit for a couple of minutes before you attempt to take a bite, as they are initially frozen pretty hard. The two flavors we tried: Cream Brulee’ and Peanut Butter Brownie were delicious. I see that other reviewers highlighted issues with staff interactions. Quick stop in after dinner and it hit the spot! For the size ice cream sandwich you get, definitely worth the $8. The cookie grahams had a perfect crunch and soft chewiness balance especially with the ice cream.
