You delivery driver making a delivery on the Anastasia island on January 22, 10:43 PM. Ran a red light at Beach A1A and A1A. The driver is going to get into an accident and injury someone. Luckily I have good brakes. Next time they may not be so lucky.

2 of the 3 pizzas were not even similar to the photos and burnt to boot. No customer service contact available (like Panda Express does) so basically got gypped BIG TIME. My first and last time using the app not even to mention this locale!!!

Not only does this Pizza Hut have top notch customer service, but they are always on top of every order. We live so much closer to this shop than the one we are zoned for and have decided we would rather make the drive and do pickup then go to the other Pizza Hut that is almost 30 mins from our house. The orders are always cooked to perfection! All the kids in my family refer to this shop as the good Pizza Hut and understand that when it comes to pizza from them patience’s is key.
Kid-friendliness: My kids will always ask if I can get them pizza be it lunch or dinner.
Refused to give me a dipping sauce with my wings unless I paid for it. I've always received at least one sauce for free so this really threw me. No sauce, no more tips.

First time ordering from this location. We weren’t aware it was going to be delivered via DoorDash. However the delivery was great. The pizza itself is not the Pizza Hut pizza we remember (sauce and dough). And the breadsticks weren’t cut all the way through, we had to use a pizza cutter to cut them.

I ordered the tavern style double peperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra extra sauce with an 8 piece hot wings, a 2 liter mountain dew and the big cookie. The only thing brought to me correct was the big a** cookie. The drink never showed up, the pizza barely had sauce or cheese and it was a basic peperoni covering. The wings were in the wrong sauce. I don't like complaining if I don't have to, but this was my last 45 bucks down the drain til payday tomorrow. I'm not happy about this.
