I order here often. They have a great team of employees. Pizza is always made fast and delicious. My only complaint is I wish they had spinach as a topping. Any time they've made a mistake they are quick to make it right. Best pizza hut in Saint Augustine thanks to the staff ❤️

Good evening. What terrible service we received on Wednesday the 26th at 10 pm. They didn't have plates or glasses. When they saw us enter, they practically slammed the door in our faces. Just close up and stop making customers have such a bad experience.

I made a call to order carry out and the call center receptionist in the St. Augustine area was atrocious. She was rude and didn't listen to a word I said. She would cut me off and interrupt just to give me the wrong information because she wasn't listening. The call center calls need to be monitored or something because I will not call ever again. I would rather drive to the store and talk to someone face to face if that's how the call center is managed and staffed.

Quality is inconsistent and mediocre at best. I’ve been ordering pizza here for at least 20 years and I don’t think I want Pizza Hut anymore because it’s just a gross waste of money.
I ordered my pizza last night and it was never delivered and they charged my card When I went to call to see where my pizza is and they closed before they delivered it

You delivery driver making a delivery on the Anastasia island on January 22, 10:43 PM. Ran a red light at Beach A1A and A1A. The driver is going to get into an accident and injury someone. Luckily I have good brakes. Next time they may not be so lucky.

2 of the 3 pizzas were not even similar to the photos and burnt to boot. No customer service contact available (like Panda Express does) so basically got gypped BIG TIME. My first and last time using the app not even to mention this locale!!!

Ordered Pizza Hut through uber eats the other night. Order showed up correct and the pan pizza is incredible. Also tried the honey bbq boneless wings. Highly recommend!
